Description of Work: They were late. The first employee had vehicle problems which resulted in the second employee being late. Equipment was too heavy for 1 person to pull up the stairs. It really was a two persons task. However, the gentleman gave it his best. They had me to sign a waiver saying they could not guarantee it would get cleaned to my satisfaction. I signed it, but was not pleased with it. I give the gentleman an "B' for effort. He removed most of the pet stains and odor. I will pay more the next time for a guarantee.
