Called and got a response right away. Owner provided guidance over the phone to minimize the water damage. Within two hours Third Generation Cipriano Plumbing Figliozzi Tile had plumbers at my home and were fixing the problem. This company gets it done. Great service, professional and great pricing.

I had a stopped up toilet. I’ve had some experience with this issue, And ordinarily it’s no problem. I can fix it but this was different. When I called the office And explained my personal situation, they put me In touch with the owner, on his day off. He was on a boat in the middle of the Chesapeake Bay! He walk me through a process that worked. He thenanswered a number of follow-up questions Based on the layout of my house which he remembered from a visit to years ago! I asked him to be sure to send me a bill. He said no! I then called the office back to thank them, and ask them to send me a bill. They also said no! I cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

Extremely helpful phone conversation allowed me to avoided a service call and a fee.

Too bad this family has had 2 deaths in the family this year. In a review for this company for a plumbing job posted 7/15/19, the reviewer advised that he needed a leaky water pressure regulator replaced. He was told someone would come out to his house the following week, but no one ever showed up. The owner, Robert Figliozzi, posted a response advising there had been a sudden death in the family. On 1/30/19, I had a appointment with him to come to my house to give me an estimate on replacing ceramic tile in a laundry room. An hour or so after the appointment when he had not shown up, I called him and he said there had been a sudden death in the family. He did end up coming out later that day and the work was performed about a week later. The work done was so-so. There were pieces of tile that were not flush\level with other pieces. I know the laundry room floor (a concrete slab) was very uneven and he explained why he couldn't get the pieces flush. Several months later, I had another contractor install the exact same tile in a downstairs foyer and half bath, also on a concrete slab, which also was very uneven. This contractor used self-leveling concrete to fill in the low spots in the slab and he also used some type of plastic adjustable spacers in between the pieces of tile during the installation. Third Generation didn't do either. As a result, all of the pieces of tile in the foyer and half bath were even (flush) with all of the pieces of the other piece of tile. After I saw what the contractor who did the foyer and half bath did, I wondered why Third Generation couldn't have done the same thing to get all of the pieces of tile flush/level with each other.

Wonderful. Honorable. My toilet was leaking and I needed the flange repaired/replaced. I was quoted a price that was lower than a another company but still high, I thought. When the techs fixed the toilet, they realized it wasn't as bad as they thought. The original quote was based on a worse case scenario kind of thing. They could have held me to the quote but actually only charged a little over 1/2 the original quote. I was really pleased. As a woman it is hard to find contractors you can trust. The fact that this company and his men did an honorable act has won me over and they are now my go to plumbers. Yes. They fixed the issue very well. Oh and get this... They showed up on time. Winning.....

Not well, after calling Cipriano Plumbing and talking to their representative (Robert) about my leaky regulator he told me about all the other services Cipriano Plumbing does. I was asked to send him some pictures of the leaky regulator and he said he will call back. After a couple of days and no call I called him again. Again, I listen to him tell me about all the other services Cipriano Plumbing does and he said he would have someone out to my house next week. Well next week came and went with out Cipriano Plumbing coming over. Maybe I was supposed to have called over and over again to get someone to come over.

Great. Good communication throughout, fair price, and honest work. He made some great recommendations to clean up the mess i had in my laundry room and followed through. Very happy with the work. Paul

They did ok. Everything seems to be working fine.

They were excellent! I called while at work and they arrived at my house within five minutes. They explained everything to my mom, who was home, and called me to verify what was needed for the repair. The repair on took only 5 minutes. A few months ago, we had another company fix the toilet. Apparently they did not properly install it and it cause a slow leak. What impressed me is that Cipriano could have really charged a lot and over sold what needed to be done but they did not. They fixed the leak. They were honest, knowledgeable, courteous, quick, and really nice people. I would hire them again and plan to for future projects.

Their response was relatively quick, however, I was told the proximity between the company location (as noted on the site as Bowie Md - both in PG County) and my home in Temple Hills Md was too far.

It went great. The results look high end, and they project managed the entire process, including bringing in all the subs.

My garbage disposal broke down and sprung a leak. Third Generation was helpful, offered options and came out the same day. The work was done quickly, efficiently and they cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I originally called Third Generation to give me a quote on a partial master bath remodel. Robert and Christina came to the house together and gave me some good advice on what needed to be done and a ballpark figure for the work. They also explained that they flipped houses and had trusted people who could do whatever else I wanted to have done in the house and could do it fast. Shortly thereafter, my circumstances changed and I decided to do a full master bath gut and remodel along with a long list of things I had wanted or needed to do for years. Robert gave what I considered a fair quote for my VERY long list of jobs and had people on site within days of signing the contract. Everyone working the job was pleasant, hard-working, and highly skilled. I felt very comfortable with all of them and had no reservations about having them in my house when I wasn't there. The whole job took about 8 weeks but 2 to 3 weeks of that was because a special-order vanity arrived damaged and had to be re-ordered, delaying the completion of the new master bath. I am delighted with the job(s) done by Third Generation. My master bath is gorgeous, my laundry room is now attractive instead of an eyesore, and a long list of "I hate that"s has been turned into "I love that"s. For the amount of work I had done and the range of different types of work involved, the speed of completion, even with the delay caused by the defective vanity, was really impressive. I will definitely call Third Generation again not only for plumbing work, but for future remodeling that I may decide to do. This was a great experience and I have no hesitation in recommending Third Generation.

People don’t plan to have their water pipe burst. Seeing as it was -10 degrees today it’s no surprise ours did, despite every effort to make sure the water in the pipes were moving. I was at a doctors appt and walked in to water bursting out of the kitchen ceiling in buckets! My mother was looking where to turn off the main water with no success. When I got to it, water had been fishing for over 30 minutes! Oh, did I mention this occurred around noon today, which happens to be a Friday? My insurance said to see if I could get a plumber here today to expose the burst, take a pic to prove it’s due to a frozen pipe, then fix it. Of course I went straight to Angie’s List and saw this company was the highest rated near me and had great reviews. I called and spoke to the owner, Robert, and explained our situation. He was excellent! Knowing mine wasn’t the only pipe that burst, during this weather, I had no idea what their availability was. In spite of many similar issues, he made sure his guys could come over this afternoon. He was concerned about me having to wait for a water mitigation crew to come out and said he could take care of that too. Unfortunately, we’d already booked one with our insurance, who are coming out tomorrow. The guys came and they were WONDERFUL!!!! They went right to work, cutting open the drywall surrounding the bursted pipe. Took pictures for me so I could send it to my insurance company and fixed it in no time. They were perfect gentlemen. It didn’t take long to see how kind, down to earth, professional and mindful of my concerns. Ya know how uncomfortable it can be not knowing who is coming in your home. I felt so comfortable with them. Wound up joking around with them as though I’d known them for years. The two guys who came were Ivan Perez and E’Nedino Diaz. Not only did they fix the reason for which they came, they even fixed a few issues we had in our upstairs bathroom. They did so professionally and efficiently. I would have no hesitation recommending them to others. To me they were angels with their wings and halo’s hidden. 😉

It could not have gone better! Robert and his team (Ivan, Shortly and Maria) were all very knowledgeable, professional and meticulous in the performance of the work and care of all of the surrounding work areas.

Excellent work product from plumbers, drywall/painters and electrician. Polite, professional crew that were always on time and cleaned up during every step of the work performed. Very happy with the finished product of my bathroom. Owner Rob Figliozzi was easy to communicate with and made sure work was done to my satisfaction. Reasonable prices and great customer service! Absolutely will hire for future projects.

Pleasant father and son team, with son taking the lead. They quoted a price to come out and assess, but did not charge for doing so, although we had call them the day of the appointment to remind them of the appointment. They made sure to mention in the initial phone call that they buy and sell houses as well. They came out and once we mentioned that we were soon selling our house, they were more concerned with telling us what repairs needed to be done in the entire house, than with focusing on the repair they were requested to assess. The estimate was for $1500-$8000, depending on if we just wanted the repair of the shower leak or the entire bathroom redone. There was an access panel, which they saw and pointed out at the visit, that could have been an option to use for the repair, but instead their estimate was for the route of repairing through the tiling in the bathroom. We went with a different plumber and got the shower repaired done for under $100.

Long - very long - but was done and we are 98% happy with the changes we had to do for the rebuild. Somethings just could not be done via insurance and the way some items where.

GREAT JOB; MY IRRIGATION SYSTEM WENT FROM ZERO CAPACITY TO FULL-UP RUNNING AS SOON AS BRIAN REPLACED THE VALVE.

As I said above, it went very smoothly. The workmen were professional and knowledgeable. They explained the situation to me as they went along and apologized when the "easy" fix they assumed would work did not. Obviously the clog was not their fault and the easy fix they hoped for did not work. Their goal was to do the job as quickly and as inexpensively as possible and I appreciated that.

Great. Robert (owner) and wife stopped by to ensure they could do the job and dispatched a technician shortly thereafter. Chris (the tech) was very professional, courteous and efficient. The price for the job was reasonable.
