Description of Work: Tile repair, investigation of and repair water leak from ceiling through pocket lights

Description of Work: I repaired one leak in the kitchen sink drain and identified another beyond my capability and called Third Generation. The man listened to my explanation about what I had found and what I had done. (Very important when you want service.) He immediately explained what was needed and got to work. He had a device to look farther along the drain and said there was likely one or more additional leaks. I agreed and he proceeded to open enough space to see the entire line, which, upon inspection, really needed to be replaced. It's a 50 year old house. He replaced the bad pipe and there are no more leaks.

Description of Work: They renovated two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a tub. The tiled floors and walls look great. The work progressed smoothly, and they cleaned up the work area every day. We're very pleased.

Description of Work: I had a continuously running some pump. I spoke with the owner who saved me time and money by giving me some tips on how to troubleshoot it myself. Very impressed with the honest and helpful response to my plumbing problem. I would definitely use them again in the future.
