They were absolutely horrible. I can?t say anything positive about them. Raymond, the owner was beyond arrogant with no customer service whatsoever. We used his expertise to determine how long it would take and his estimation was wrong. We had to move out of our other house and then move in here. They loaded the stuff and we had some issues, but he guaranteed that everything would be fine if we went with them with unloading. So, we basically moved into the new house and it was an absolute nightmare. He showed up with 4 guys and 2 of the guys had just gotten that morning. There was one guy who told us how he got a phone call that morning. He then just called him up and asked him if he wanted to work that day. There was one nice guy and he was probably the second best guy there out of the 4 as far as working was concerned. My concern was that the owner didn?t know who this guy was. There was no bonding. One of the guys was probably around 5?9? or 5?10? and about 150 pounds. While taking the stuff off, he used to say that he couldn?t carry some of the things. Then we bought them lunch and they sat down and ate. The owner said that they would be here from 9 to 2 to unload and put stuff together. They took a break from 12:00 to 12:30. It was absolutely crazy. Two of the guys then went with the owner and two of the guys stayed. We ended up paying them for a couple of extra hours. While the guys were inside the house, the owner took the keys out from the truck, locked the truck and took the keys with him. Then the guys had to call him when they were ready to leave. We had our credit card company take off the amount that we had paid to two guys separately. It wasn?t a pleasant experience whatsoever. I would tell others not to go with them. The owner made it sound good like they would be the best and they would be the best way to go. He was just arrogant. Their customer service and work ethics were horrible. Even though we bought the guys lunch, they sat down for about 30 to 45 minutes. So, 30 minutes for 4 guys was like 2 hours of work. The price I paid was probably $1200. It was like half of the move because they were just moving us in. They delivered the boxes as well. We thought that the price was good and that?s why we went with them. The quality of their work was horrible. They came out on time. They also did some damage and they were arrogant when we told them about it. I would not use their services again.
