 + -1 moreAndre was pleasant and did an excellent job. My gutters had black stains that my power washer couldn't clean. I told Andre and thought he would struggle to clean them without a brush and ladder. Andre easily cleaned them and now they look brand new. This is my first experience with Sure Shot, but I will use them again. Their price was reasonable and they didn't try to up sell my me on things I don't need. This is an excellent firm that I highly recommend.

 + -1 moreAbsolutely fabulous! I called the office and had my home washed the same day. Not only were they timely, this father and son team performed a terrific job. They got right to work, did a very professional job and were very courteous and friendly. I had some very bad mold and mildew stains on one side of the house in particular and they took extra care in cleaning that side thoroughly. They did a wonderful job on the whole house. They even spruced up my front porch at no extra cost. I have used other providers before. The cost was higher and the job performance was fair. This company, however, gives the homeowner exactly what they ask for; a perfect job! I highly recommend them for any power washing needs. You won't be disappointed.

 + -1 moreAndre Speller was on time and pleasant to speak to and he did an outstanding job on my patio it was disgusting full of mossy mold and mildew the concrete looks brand new. As for the siding to my townhouse I though that I needed to paint it, but no Andre told me that was also mildew on my home. Well let me tell you I did not realize how dirty the outside of my house was until he power wash it, it looks like it was just painted. I am extremely pleased with the work he did and I would defiantly use this service again and again. I only wish I submit the before and after picture so you could see for yourself. :)

 + -1 moreIt went very well. Mr. Speller did the work himself. We bought our house just last year. It was built in 1980 and I don't think it has ever been cleaned. When he finished it looked close to new! The color of the house was so bright and clear. The shutters were nice and white. He was very polite, responsive, and professional. I will definitely hire again for power washing job.

 + -1 moreAfter a spring of neglect, random yard junk and mold took over our beautiful flagstone patio and steps leading to our back door. Based on other reviews, we chose Sure Shot to help us clean it up. From start to finish Sure Shot did an incredible job. They were prompt when returning calls and provided a reasonable estimate, given my wide-margin-of-error estimate of the size of the patio. They were very flexible on scheduling ("we need it done next week") and showed up promptly. The washing itself left our flagstone and steps looking brand new, and we couldn't be happier. No mold, no stains, no gunk on the steps near the drain. We're 100% satisfied with Sure Shot, business/communications wise as well as the actual cleaning.
Description of Work: Sure Shot power washed the flagstone and concrete steps in our back yard.

 + 1 moreI called Sure Shot Pressure Washing and Andre called me back within a few hours. We set an appointment for a day that was convenient for me. Andre and another person arrived as scheduled. We discussed the areas that needed cleaning. The deck had already been power washed but with a weak power washer so it was not as good as I would like. Andre said that he would see if he could improve the deck and charged me very little to add that to my other 2 areas. He cleaned off the roof and squiggly things laying on the gutters. He power washed the front steps and sidewalk. They all looked good. The steps and sidewalk are getting old and the black moldy color was impossible to remove completely but he really worked hard at it and got it looking so much nicer. The charge was reasonable for the work he did. After he was gone, I did notice that the clumps of "things" from the roof were lying in my newly mulched flower beds so I wish I had asked him if he would clean that up when he finished. He also forgot to put a flower pot back on the bottom step. This wouldn't have been a problem except that it was so heavy I had to find a neighbor to lift it for me. I will definitely give them a call in the fall when the leaves need cleaning from the roof.

 + -1 moreI called one day and they were there the next, actually ahead of schedule, because Andre called and asked if he could come earlier. He gave me an estimate and then said he would like to try to remove the paint residue on the brick on one wall of my house to see if it would come off before he completed the estimate. Although he was able to remove much of it, he said he would not charge because it was not up to his standards. He checked with his father to see if it was possible to remove it with another chemical and asked me to call and schedule that service whenever I wanted to. He and his assistant worked very efficiently and were polite and professional.
Description of Work: Pressure washed house siding as well as front porch, patio, and exterior basement stairwell. Attempted to remove white residue from brick.

 + 0 morewould highly recommend this company why ? 1) I was able to send them 3 pictures so they could get a look, their estimate was within $25 of the final price 2) they communicated very well in scheduling the appointment and fit me in on just 48 hours notice 3) today they said they would arrive between 9 and 10, called me to say they were n traffic, but still got here within the time frame 4) Andre and Skip worked very hard, job lasted about 2.5 hours. they asked us as they were working if they needed to adjust anything. I did check out their website as well as the reviews, its nice when it all comes together

 + -1 moreVery pour communication between the dispatch and the techs. And the techs that clean the gutters lied about cleaning them and then did not want to do the job.
Description of Work: First we had a appointment to have our gutters cleaned and our house power washed a the same time. The tech showed up to give an estimate which I did no request and did not have a second person with him to enable him to clean the gutters. The tech called the office and had a second appointment set up to have our gutters cleaned the following week with a set of 2 techs. The next week the techs showed up to power wash the house , which had been completed the week before and very nicely I might add. So after they figured out they had arrived unprepared they decided to proceed anyway. The technicians that actually cleaned the gutter did not have the proper shoes so he sent the other tech up to do so. We have gutter covers on most of our lower gutters and after the tech inspected the gutters we were told the ones with covers were clean and did not need to be flushed. The next day or so we had a heavy rain which proved that the gutter had not been cleaned because the water was pouring over the sides. After my husband inspected the lower gutters and pulled hand fulls of stuff out of the gutters, proving that they techs did not clean them as they said they did. I called and scheduled another apointment to have the gutter cleaned again. The Techs showed up hours later than the apt , went up looked at the gutters and said we just can't do your gutter for the price quoted, because you have gutter covers on the lower levels. This company had a coupon that offered a price with and did not list any restrictions. I had advised them we had covers on the lower level and they said no problem and after the first time told me they were clean. Which was a lie. So after much headache and several apts. , which I waited around for , they did not do the job and refunded my money. I was very unhappy with the attitude, it seemed like they were too tired to do the job and didn't care if they did the job which they showed up for hours late at the end of a Friday .

Description of Work: They came an hour late. They did the job late in the day and it was getting dark so I could not really tell if everything had been done. The next day, I saw that there were some areas that needed to be redone. I called them and they returned a couple of days later to finish the job.

He immediately got to work removing any access ,aerials form the deck and properly preparing the deck for stripping and staining. He worked effiiciently and quietly. The entire job was completed over a three day period which included drying. Hew as polite and I enjoyed work ethic and finished product. We would definitely use him again.

 + -1 moreThe job went very well. The work was performed in two visits on September 11 and 17, 2012. On the first visit Andre cleaned the house and deck which was a fairly routine job. On the second visit, we made arrangements for him to clean our driveway, fence, and sidewalks which was more labor intensive. He did a great job with everything and we are very pleased with the results.
