Mechanic arrived promptly on time and proceeded to get the work done. Once completed we did a walk around and my home looks like a new penny, shiney and clean!! The mechanic that did the work is a really nice guy and answered all my questions/concerns. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

It went very well. I made the appointment a month in advanced. The receptionist was very professional and sound happy. The day of the power wash the technician called when he was on his way. Brad the technician did an excellent job power washing the townhouse. We review the service together. My main concern was the back of the townhouse. It was very dirty. I was very please. The green stuff was gone. Brad was very professional. He introduced himself. The price was great. I have gotten ridiculous quotes for power washing. I will be using Sure Shot from here on out and give referrals as well.

Was very pleased. I was given a range of time they would arrive and I got a call from Brad during that range to let me know he was on his way and how long it would be. Brad was very nice and professional. He welcomed questions. He was finished in like an hour. Would definitely go with them again. The price was a special they were running for both services.

Where do I start? The company was very accomodating, did an excellent job (Andre) and the tech was very very friendly which makes things a lot better. Everything just went so well. Clarissa responded to my email on the weekend and I followed up the next day they were open. We scheduled a time at my convenience for the estimator to come. Andre arrive promptly and once we agreed to the price got right to work. I required him to bring his own water to the site but it went smoothly. The deck looks great, Although the roof stains are still visible I'm not sure it's due to any failure on his part. I would recommend this company very highly.

I am thoroughly pleased with the work sure shot performed. I spilled some food grease on a friends concrete driveway and needed to have it cleaned ASAP. Andre--the owner--was able to fit me into his schedule on the same day that I contacted sure shot. He met me at the property and was able to remove the stains in less than an hour for a price that was much less than I had expected to pay given the circumstances. I will definitely contact them again for future work.

I contacted this provider on 5/31/2016, to obtain an estimate for washing and sealing my deck and fence. An appointment was scheduled for the estimator to come on 6/1/2016 between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. The estimator never showed up nor did I receive a call prior to or during the time window that was provided. At 5:40PM, on 6/1/2016, I got a call from the scheduler(?) who informed me that the estimator just told her that he did not keep the scheuled appointment and she would like to reschedule... I declined.

The service technician was Brad. He was prompt, professional and efficient. The work was finished in approximately 2 hrs. The house, concrete and deck look great. I plan to use them to stain my deck as well.

The technician was very friendly and punctual. He cleaned two sides of the house including our front steps which looked really good when he was done. However I am extremely disappointed that I wasn't told that the cleaning solution could kill plants ahead of time. As soon as he left I noticed my front yard plants had white spots and looked to be dying. Several days later it's only gotten worse, they look diseased. I hope they recover because I put quite a lot of work into my garden. I wish I had been given the opportunity to cover my garden plants.

Andre Jr. showed up on time and looked over the property to provide an estimate. The side porch I don't think had every been pressure washed since the house was built in 1987. After the pressure wash, it was hard to recognize it as the same porch. It looked fantastic. The mold and mildew was removed and the color of the natural wood was beautiful. The house was not in bad shape as it had been power washed a couple years ago. I am happy with service and would hire again.

There was a lot of green stuff on the stairwell and one side of the house. After the work was done the stairs looked traffic. The cost was a bit pricy, but overall service was fine. I may be wrong on the date, but I kept getting pop up message from Angie' List to write a review.

I scheduled Sure Shot Pressure Washing to clean (pressure wash) the siding on my home. On the date of service, I received a call from Andre in advance of the scheduled time, asking if it were okay to come earlier than scheduled. I was surprised, but glad to hear 'my job' would be completed sooner than later. Once Andre arrived he and I took a walk around my house, viewing the siding and areas that required attention. Andre had explained, only two of the three sides needed to be pressure washed. He also stated, that it would not be 'right' for him to clean the one side that required no cleaning; and charge for it. Therefore, he adjusted the pricing quote. I was greatly appreciative of Andre's moral character. As Andre began to pressure wash the siding, and since I have a 2-story home, I asked Andre, "will you be able to reach the upper most areas?? He stated yes, mentioning the pressure washer (located in the van) heats the water significantly which aids in the cleaning process. Additionally, Andre informed me the biodegradable cleaning products will not harm the plants and grass Approximately 45 minutes later Andre had completed the job. The siding looked good as new. Andre had performed a thorough job, in which I was extremely satisfied. Should I require pressure washing in the future, I will not hesitate to call Sure Shot Pressure Washing.

This Company showed up at my home on a Saturday in the rain to clean my deck. I fully expected them to re-schedule but a very nice young man went above and beyond to get the job done. I will use them again.

She was able to schedule me a same-day appointment which worked super well for me. Brad showed up during the time that was allotted to me. I showed him around the outside of my house and he asked me some standard questions and said "okay" and he went straight to work. He did an outstanding job! The back side of my house was spotless... clean and free of algae when he left. Brad's southern hospitality, polite mannerism and professionalism was on point. I'm happy I called Sure Shot and will most definitely call them again in the future.
