They were quite late but the office did call and notify me. They ran out of spot treatment while here but managed to get 98% of the paint drips off and 90% of the chalking. Andre explained that to do more removal of the chalking would jeopardize the old mortar. The next day we noticed brown snake-like marks all over our front lawn. I assumed they were burns from the acid and contacted them by e-mail. They promptly wrote back to say that the hot water hoses had done this to the grass and that it should come back after the expected rainfall. It is a bit less visible at 1 week since the power washing. I think, in retrospect, we paid a lot of money for a pretty good job.

The company was able to schedule a visit within 24 hours of my call. They arrived about an hour late but they did call about thirty minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on the way. They did a pretty decent job once they were here. They also power washed our concrete patio, which I'll describe in a separate report.

Everything went very well. We called Sure Shot for an estimate on pressure washing out townhouse. They said they were running a special and would do our place for $150 -- this estimate is FAR below anything else we had seen. We made the appointment for between 8-9 am the following Saturday. By 9 am, no one had yet shown up or called to say they'd be late. We called the office, and they called the workmen to find out where they were. The office immediately called us back and said their previous appointment had run late (they make pre-8-am appointments??), and they'd be here in 30 minutes. They didn't arrive until 45 minutes later. Once they were here, Andre did a great job. He had 2 assistants with him, which we thought a little excessive, but for this price, we can't complain! Andre was kind and professional, and he even gave us some tips for cleaning some other of our outdoor items (a swing & our AC compressor unit). The house looks great. We're very pleased, in spite of the timing.

The work was done in less than two hours and my home's exterior looks fantastic. I've already made several referrals to Sure Shot. No doubt I will utilize Mr. Speller's company again.

I am very satisfied with the job that was done. The algae stains were removed without a problem and the siding on the whole house looks wonderful. I am seriously considering rehiring them to come back and clean my fence.

Responsive, professional and friendly. Good quality work. Price seemed responsible for quality of work, although I don't have benchmarks to compare. Recommend that homeowner pay attention to special circumstances (don't get power wash chemicals in compost pile), but this was my fault not theirs. They were very responsive when the problem was noted. Would us them again.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY GOT ALL THE BLACK SPOTS OUT OF THE GUTTERS. I HAD GREEN MUD ON MY CHIMNEY & THEY GOT IT OFF, TOO. THE WORKERS ARE GREAT GUYS.
