Sure Shot Pressure Washing

I was impressed how courteous the two men were upon arrival as well as throughout the job. The whole house, including the deck and balcony, was done in about an hour. The outcome was phenominal.

These guys did a very unprofessional job, leaving me with much work to do after they left -- including: repairing/repainting the side of the house alongside the deck (they had chipped the house paint off with their pressure washing, even though I had warned them not to do so in advance); repairing/spot restaining deck (since they had similarly chipped off big chunks of the deck with their pressure washing); and having to re-mulch whole area next to fence (where they had also left paint chips from the pressure washing all over a newly mulched area -- never bothering to put a tarp down first to protect the area). They left me with a big mess to clean up and they, unprofessionally, did not anticipate any such problems, protect against them, or offer to help me with the clean up work. Also, I did not like their 'marketing' tactics. I called and arranged for what I thought would be simply an estimate for pressure washing my deck. When these guys arrived, they 'pressured' me a bit -- saying they had the machine in the truck with a crew and could 'do the job right now'. I hadn't really planned to do the job right away, but, as I said, they kind of 'pressured' me into going ahead with it (against my better judgement, given how the work turned out ultimately). Furthermore, they pushed more work on me -- they walked around my house and said I should have them pressure wash the exterior of my house as well as the deck; I hadn't even considered doing that additional job -- but, again, they talked me into doing that too. I am very unhappy with their lack of professionalism (doing a sloppy job that left we with a big mess to deal with) and their high-pressure marketing techniques. On the positive side, and this is perhaps why I ended up having them do the work at all and doing more work than anticipated (or should have done), their foreman, Brad, was a nice guy. He is, clearly, a good salesman. He offered to take a little off the price to make up for some of their errors. Unfortunately, these price adjustments did not make up for the additional materials cost to buy the primer, painting materials, and more mulch, etc. and my time to repaint the side of the house and the deck and to re-mulch. It will take me longer to fix up things now than it did for them to do the pressure washing to begin with!

I contacted the company and scheduled an appointment for a free estimate. Brad arrived on the scheduled date and called me to give me the estimate. He stated that he could leave the written estimate in the door or that if I was interested in having the work done he could do it the same day. The price was good and the timing excellent. Brad and his assistant pressure washed my entire house and my deck. I was very pleased with his professionalism and the quality of the service performed. I will be certain to use "Sure Shot" in the future.

They scheduled an appointment to come see the house and give a quote. They called at the time they were supposed to be at the house to say they were not able to make it, and gave me a quote by phone. I told them on the phone that the house was a semi detached row house with a basement and 2 floors. They washed the entire outside of the house in 45 minutes! They did not use a ladder, so of course the second level was poorly washed - the water reached it, but I don't know if you can call that pressure washing, no way for the water pressure to reach that far from the ground. The wash removed mildew from the lower walls but that was pretty much it. I could have done the same with a $100 Home Depot pressure washer. Not worth it, and when I complained about the quality of the work the guy just said this is the way the pressure washing service works.

They were ahead of their schedule and were able to perform work right away at the time of the estimate which was a pleasant surprise. We were very pleased with the quality and thoroughness of their work as they were very careful not to leave any film or residue on the windows which was a concern from a previous pressure washing company. We had a lot of algae and mold on the back of the house and patio which they successfully removed and overall enhanced the appearance of our home and gave a startling new appearance to our home. They seem to have an excellent work ethic and were very meticulous with getting everything clean. We didn't have to go behind them to clean spots they missed. A "B" was given in quality and professionalism only because they told us that the caulk that sealed the cracks in the driveway would not come up when the driveway was pressure washed, but it did anyway, although they tried to be careful. The driveway issue was the only reason they got a "B" instead of an "A". We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and plan to next year.

To say I was delighted is an understatement! I called for an estimate and they came the same day, gave me a very fair quote and once we agreed on the price, they said they could do the job that very same day. I wanted the house and deck powerwashed, which they did, but in addition, they powerwashed our free-standing garage, shed and sidewalks! Our home looks brand new! The team was professional and clearly enjoyed what they were doing. Would DEFINITELY hire Sure Shot Powerwashing again!

He was really good! I was really impressed by him. He came on time and did the job. He even went ahead and cleaned out my gutters, as well. He took his time to explain to me what he was doing.

I phoned Sure Shot Pressure Washing in anticipation of having my driveway and patio pressure washed. I spoke to their receptionist Stacey on Tuesday and she assured me she could have someone at my house the next day and that I should look for the estimate in my door. When I arrived home I didn't have anything ascertaining that they'd even been to my residence. I phoned back the next day and again spoke with Stacey and let her know no one had shown. She assured me she'd get to the bottom of it and call me back. She called back and stated that due to the weather they weren't able to come, but again assured me that someone would take care of it that day. Well, to my dismay no one ever came again. Their advertisement states they offer free estimates and they have all these glowing reviews, well I'm here to tell you I totally disagree. No one showed at my residence and didn't bother to phone to let me know that they wouldn't be coming or to reschedule. I've actually had this very same thing happen to me on more than one occasion from vendors who are listed on Angie's List. I'm starting to wonder if any of these vendors are reputable business people and whether the reviewers are just blowing smoke! Whatever the case, I'm done with Angie's List!

Very turn key, pulled up in the van. Plugged into our water and washed. Very satisfied.

They were prompt and came when promised. They were professional and took great care to avoid any damage to the house or surrounding area. They did an excellent job at cleaning the roof, gutters and siding. They even talked to the neighbor and cautioned her to move her car just in case the wind carried the spray that far. They helped take the heavier pieces of furniture off the deck and also removed the deck light covers to avoid breaking them. When they stripped the deck, the boards were cleaned almost down to their original look when newly installed. They offered several stain choices and thoroughly coated the entire deck. It has been several months since this was done, and the deck still looks good and water still beads on the deck when it rains.

I called Sure Shot and received a quick estimate and a schedule for a visit. The day before the visit I received a call to confirm. On the day of the team called to say that they were on the way. The work was terrific, and the team was professional and fast.

Andre did a great job power washing our brick siding, our patio, our sidewalk, and our driveway and garage. He had a great attention to detail and worked hard until every area was as clean as possible. He was also very friendly and professional. I would definitely use him again.

I was very impressed with them. They were quick in doing the service. They did a great job. I was very pleased with their service, so I continue to use them. He had a few referrals while he was here in the neighborhood working on my house. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Very good service. Easy to schedule an appointment and they arrived close to the scheduled time (a little late but not terribly so). I had to leave my house for an appointment just as they were arriving, and we quickly surveyed the work and decided on a price. I have not had this service before and don't know if it was a good price, but it was not more than I expected to have to pay. I returned home a few hours later to find a totally transformed deck - really terrific service and I was relieved that there weren't any problems given I had to leave while they were doing the work. Andre called the next day to check on my satisfaction. Overall I was extremely pleased with the service, price and personnel and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They got back to me after a couple of days. They seem to have a little trouble with their receptionist. However, once I got a hold of the owner, it was really smooth. He came when it was dry enough and came at the time that he said. They did an amazing job on our roof and were super friendly. They definitely take pride in their work. They also did our deck. I was not as impressed with out deck, but that could have more to do with the stain color. But they did it on time and were very professional.

Sure Shot was called on Thurs. and an appointment was made for the following Monday afternoon. The driver arrived on Monday around 12:30 p.m. He politely gave us and free estimate and since we agreed with the price, he was prepared to clean the house right then. He took his time and did a very thorough job of cleaning the siding, including removing mold and mildew from the back of the home. When the job was completed, the home looked "brand new," we even offered him the opportunity to leave the company's signage on our front lawn! THANKS SURE SHOT! ! !

I phoned this morning for an estimate and made an appointment for later on in the week. Then the company called back to say they could fit me in today if I was available. Mr. Speller from Sure Shot arrived in the time frame the company stated. His estimate was in line with the pricing that I had researched over the internet. I gave him my Angie List coupon for free mildew treatment. He pointed out the condition of my concrete steps and porch area, and stated how much better a power washing would be. He even did a section to let me see the improvement. He quoted me a price and was able to begin working right them. He did a very thorough job and took his time going over all areas of my home, porch, and steps. I was very pleased with the servi

I'd use them again but might shop around a bit for a better price if there was time.

I spent $330 on that service and it went well. The guy showed up, gave me an estimate, and said he could do the work immediately. He did the work and he did a good job. He did have to go and get some things and after that it was fine and he was also very professional. Initially I wanted him to do just the back, but he saw some spots that he thought he could clean and he offered to do that as well for an additional $30. They came in much cheaper than the other estimates I got.

Andre, the owner of Sure Shot, is very professional and responsive. On the same day that I met with him he immediately began the pressure washing portion of the job. I was extremely pleased when he completed the initial stage that it looked so good, I was anxiously aniticipating the final staining/painting phase. Well, that also happened expeditiously and my fence is beautiful! The fence looks better now than when I had it installed several years ago. Andre is to be commended for the pride he takes in his work. Oh, did I mention that he also repaired a wood slat that was warped and replaced a cap on one of the posts! I am thoroughly pleased with Andre's work and highly recommend Sure Shot if you want a good, reliable, polished and professional job. As a matter of fact, I am already in discussions with him about doing some repair work to my wraparound Victorian porch. This is the gold standard of service! I aniticipate using Sure Shot in the spring to have my entire house pressure washed.

Very professional. Did a fantastic job on house, driveway and staircase. Without being asked, Andre also power washed a wooden fence gate and some moss-covered stepping stones, free of charge. We really appreciated that. Our concrete patio did have unsightly brown stains that could not be removed, but Andre identified them beforehand and did tell us those stains might not come out. Andre's a good guy; he even offered to haul away a dozen old paint cans he noticed next to our garage, no extra charge. We're very happy with our sparkling clean house.

Sure Shot was on-time and immediately got to work. They were thorough and professional and did a great job. Very pleased with their work. I will definitely use them a third time. Use of biodegradable cleaning materials a big plus.

Kevin, who actually worked with another company (All Clean Pressure Work) that apparently acts in concert with Sure Shot, showed up to give us an estimate then said he could do the job that day. We thought the estimate was fair and agreed to let him do the job. Kevin did a nice job and spent several hours at it, working hard and thoroughly. We were pleased with the work he did, especially how he removed the black stains on our composite deck. Our two relatively minor complaints are 1) the intricacies in our eaves and siding at the higher second level did not get as clean as we had hoped and 2) the chemicals seeping along his hoses caused some damage to our lawn. But, all in all, we were pleased with his work and would recommend him to others.

They were able to give me an estimate over the phone based on the square footage of my house. I called on a Thursday and they were able to come the following Tuesday. The house is now gleaming! He also was very careful not to remover any paint from the exterior trim. He also traveled 55 miles each way to do the job!
