Description of Work: I hired Sureshot to power wash my whole house-siding, brick front, stoop and walk way. Andre did an excellent job, very professional, and arrived 20 minutes ahead of time. Since this was my first time having the exterior of my home power washed, Andre took the time to explain the process and took the time answer my questions and address any concerns I had. Description of Work: Sure Shot did two house's for me. One, they pressure washed my rental house in Oxon Hill first in the morning. They came in the afternoon to wash the roofs of my home(front of north side roof, the north side of of the garage roof and the side porch, N. side. Moss and mold had started growing on these roofs. The house roof was almost black on the north side. They did an excellent job, being the Temp. was so hot. They even washed both doors of the garage. The price included both homes,250 for the Oxon Hill house and 650 for My home. I haven't seen the Oxon Hill home yet, but judging from the job they did on our home it should be excellent. Description of Work: I called this company a week before and schedule an appointment to have my deck and siding pressure wash which had to be 5 days out from the day I called which was fine with me. I would had rated them higher but on the schedule day the Worker Did Not Show I Called And Left A Message That no one showed up. I got a call back the lady i spoke with did not no that the Worker Did Not Show. She ask if she could call back she did and inform me that the worker's truck had broke down but he did not tell her or anyone else. She reached out to another worker who did a wonderful job but since I did not inform them that I have 2 deck which increased the price I did not get the siding done.
