 + -1 moreThey showed up on time. They did the job very quickly, which is important to me. They were very responsive. The things that I wanted them to do, they did it very willingly. I think their price is reasonable. They do a very nice job. I use their service every other week. I like the fact that they are responsive and it is a local business as apposed to one of the big cleaning companies. I really enjoy working with the owner. She has always been very helpful and flexible with the appointments. I would use their service in the future too.

house cleaning
 + -1 moreNOT GOOD. THEY BLEACHED AND RUINED AND MY CUSTOM MADE, MONOGRAMMED SHOWER CURTAIN, BLEW FUSES EACH TIME THEY CLEANED, DIDN'T PUT AWAY DISHES OR MAKE MY BED, AND BROKE A FAN OF MINE. THEY ONLY CLEANED THREE TIMES, AND IN THOSE FEW TIMES, MANAGED TO DO ALL OF THE AFOREMENTIONED. I ASKED THEM TO MAIL MY KEYS BACK TO ME OVER A MONTH AGO....STILL HAVEN'T SEEN THEM.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED MY STUDIO APARTMENT ON CAPITOL HILL THREE TIMES. I EXPECTED A FULL/COMPLETE CLEANING EACH TIME AND DID NOT GET IT.
