+ -1 moreI was really happy. Although the appointment was for "10-ish," I got a call at 10 explaining the plumber was held up at another job and she'd call me when he was on his way. She did, and he showed up at 10:55 or so. Jermaine was super nice and explained everything he was doing and looking for as he worked. We talked about two possible fixes and he explained the pros of each. Once we decided, he worked quickly and got everything fixed.
Description of Work: I had a leaky tub faucet that was getting worse. Just needed a quick fix—nothing big as we're planning bathroom renovations.
