The staff at this company understand customer service. Their treatments works, but for a limited time. We are at the end of the second week after install and we are noticing the asian tigers are beginning to reappear now, but those are really nasty & hardy bugs.

This was a great experience again & I have a year agreement with them!

They said I didn’t need the service and talked to me about what the real problem was. I got it refunded.

I called and spoke to Cheryl when we couldn't handle our pest issues any more. An appointment was scheduled 2 days afterwards (she could have scheduled the next day but we needed time to prepare). Cheryl sent directions and precautions via email. We emptied the pantry and cupboards of all food and cooking utensils. The technician arrived on schedule. We showed him the ant and roach areas. He laid a jell down for the ants and explained that they may return in the spring but we shouldn't see them again this season. The jell should go back to the queen and hopefully kill her. He then sprayed all the shelves and cupboards for roaches. Then he dressed in his "Ghost buster suit" and fogged the area. We left for a couple hours to a house that smelled of poison - luckily the weather was beautiful so we could open the windows and doors. We had a pile of roaches to dispose of for the next few days. The company called to check on us and make sure that we were seeing a decline in the roach population and that the ants were gone. Rarely do you meet such nice people! They were professional and courteous!

Cheryl always contacted me in advance to tell me when Calvin would be coming to spray. Calvin was super friendly and the prince was significantly better then their compeitiors.

Awesome--from making the appointment to greeting the technician, totally easy peasy! Very friendly, very professional. And, best yet, significant reduction in bugs, especially mosquitoes! Based on this experience, we will be signing up for the additional applications.

It went well!! We called them on Sunday and they called back and came out the next morning - on time! Very efficient and proactive. The gentleman did a thorough inspection - behind the stove, fridge, basement entry. He got traps, he sprayed for ants, and gave us extra traps. He was very detailed in explaining how mice can enter the home and gave advice on what to do to prevent future unwelcomed guests from coming back. He was very pleasant and professional. Would HIGHLY recommend this company!

Kelvin is so friendly, outgoing and sweet person. He is very patient with me. He explains to me there are different kinds of bees. He goes to work right away and figure it out where carpenter bees and wasp bees come from. He will go in the attic and checked it out . He sprayed the attic room and the screen porch. I will hire him again. He took the time and not afraid talk to me (Deaf person). He checked the house and shed more than once. Hey Deaf community, check him out.

I contacted Pest Patrol via the AL messenger over the weekend. I got a response and call the same day. I explained my situation - I had approximately 12 - 15 carpenter bee tunnels that needed to be treated and filled. They gave me a cost estimate over the phone for $125, which they noted was their minimum fee. I contacted them for an appointment on Monday and had the service scheduled for Tuesday. They texted me updates on timing for the day of the service, which I appreciated. I worked with Kelvin Scruggs as the technician throughout the process. He was professional, communicated effectively, and punctual. The cost for the services were true to the estimate. He also sprayed all the fascia board on the same panel with the holes to kill any other carpenter bees. We do not know if the services will work - only time - will tell, but our experience with this vendor was excellent from beginning to end.

They did it at the end of the season; it’s hard to tell if the ants will come back until the weather changes, I’m waiting to see. They did charge an additional fee on top of the cost of the Big Deal.

It was fine. It was a prompt service. This was my first time using them. I thought the service would last for a longer time but you have to get it done on a certain time frame. So it didn’t really work because I had to keep getting it done.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it worked out fine. The service was performed as ordered and they came out the following week after I purchased the deal. The people were friendly and gave us a couple of additional insect traps. They were friendly, performed the service appropriately and did a good job.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and they did a great job. The gentleman was very courteous, timely and very helpful. He provided the basic service that I had purchased from him, as well as he was willing and able to explore the other issues that I needed some help with and provided some additional services at a reasonably discounted price, I would think. I had great service and good impressions of them before, during and after their actual service. They called and discussed my problem prior to setting up the appointment. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful and very interested in what my issues were and trying to make sure that they were best prepared when they got here. Calvin was very helpful, friendly, and all the good things. He did follow-up a week or two later to see if everything worked out fine, and it has been. I do intend to use him again. I, as a real estate agent, encounter different people who might need household services like his and I told him I would be more than happy to give him a referral and spread the word. They came out as soon as it was convenient to me. They followed up within I guess 24 hours to set up an appointment. I paid the price for the big deal and got what I asked for and what they offered, then I asked for some additional services which he provided at what was a very reasonable price and what his description was I was discounted and my impression of what he provided was at a very good price.

My original appointment was canceled because a previous job was taking longer than expected. I recieved a call 30 min before my appointment letting me know that Kelvin would not be able to make my appointment and we needed to reschedule. With my schedule pretty hectic this time of year (I coach little league football and work late on the days im not coaching) I wasnt quite sure of my next available time. Cheryl gave me a call and was very apologetic about missing my apointment and was very steadfast about making a new appointment around my schedule, which I appreciated. We ended up deciding on a Sunday, which I don't think is in thier normal business hours, whcih I also appreciated. Kelvin called me 30 min before my appointment time and was very punctual. When he arrived he was very proffessional and knowledgeable. He immediately noticed several things just by walking to my front door. He sprayed in the house and on the outside. He also sprayed in the fireplace which is where he thinks the wasp were getting in the house. He even climed up into my attic just make sure there was no wasp nest in the attic. While spraying outside he noticed the ground was a little soft so he checked for mole tunnels. I feel like the service was a good value and I feel like it was a good deal for what I paid. With this being my first home Kelvin also made me aware of several common pest issues that occur in the area. Since the service, I haven't seen one cricket or spider and I plan to use this provider again should any pest appear in the spring.

It went well. Kevin showed up on time and proceeded to do the work I needed. He pointed out areas of concern and told me that I needed to take care of some items. He also noticed a large amount of mole holes in my yard that need to be taken care of. I would definitely use this company again.

The mosquitos were under control for about a week following treatment but then they returned. The service was great but I am unsure of the product.

I am disappointed with my experience with this company, specifically because of how they responded to my request for services and stopped responding when they realized that I wanted a refund. They were very blunt about not providing the services that they advertised on their ad and stated that they don't treat indoor and outdoor pests. It was not clear based on the ad, that the treatment was pest-specific, because they used the language: "Covers general household pests such as...". Therefore, I am very disappointed.

The company was very responsive to my emails and showed up when they said they would. My only issue is that it didn't seem to work at all. When I talked to them, the lady reassured me that she uses the same spray on her yard and does it every 2 months (which is less often than recommended). She said her property backs to green space and that the spray is very effective. When I emailed them to say I didn't think it worked, she listed a bunch of reasons why it wouldn't be effective including some of the very same items we discussed previously and she said weren't issues. It seems a little insincere and misleading.
