I asked Mr. Nesbitt to do an update in two bathrooms which included replacing the toilets, faucets, lights, and painting of one bathroom. He was very responsive to my communications. He started the work on the day agreed upon and advised of any change in arrival times. He was very skilled and proficient in how he did the job. He cleaned up and removed the discarded items. Afterwards, I did notice a small leak in under the sink in one of the bathrooms, but Mr. Nesbitt came back the next day and quickly fixed it. Overall, he did excellent and high-quality work. Anyone would be very pleased with his services.

The work that Mr Nesbitt did for us was to replace a bathroom fan that had failed. I do a fair number of home projects myself but didn't have the time for this one, and as anyone who has replaced a bathroom fan knows, this job is not as simple as it might seem. Here's how I would summarize the experience of working with Mr Nesbitt: Advantages - He was responsive to initial inquiries about the service as well as to other questions leading up to starting the job. - The quoted cost was reasonable given other estimates that we received, and he completed the job for the agreed price - He found a fan unit that met the specs that we requested (especially for sound level) - He was able to start the job within a matter of days after we agreed to move forward - He arrived on time on the day that we arranged with him to do the work - He completed the work exactly as we had discussed and within the time that he estimated it would take - He left the area clean after he completed the job - The workmanship of the work he performed was very good Disadvantages - I cant think of any The overall experience of working with Mr Nesbitt was very good, and we would definitely work with him again if other projects come up.

Bobby Nesbitt is the owner of newlife handyman services. He was recommended by a friend a few years ago, and we use him for all types of projects. He has repaired and replaced kitchen cabinets, put in drywall, and repaired/renovated my front porch recently. His work is excellent, clean and durable. He is good-natured and did mind my young sons watching him work and ask questions. We have asked him to help us with a larger project in the coming months.

We had a number of small indoor repairs in our home plus a major custom ladder install for our attic. Bobby did an excellent job overall, and his prices were reasonable. He has a calm professional demeanor, and he was good about pointing out and doing other small like repairs without hassling about the price. He is a good communicator as well, always getting back with us quickly. Accurately predicting the dates when he could start, or continue, with a job was a weak point, but we were both working from home so we were a little more flexible. We would hire him again.

Bobby has done a number of projects over the years, including installing new faucets and recessed lighting, replacing a new backsplash (tile), light fixtures (indoor and out), painting, replacing door knobs, and the like. He even installed our tetherball for the kids. He is always friendly and responsive. He is our go-to handyman for almost everything!

Project was excellent and performed on time. Communicated arrival times and work days effectively. Work performed was great and front of house door and shutters look like new.

I just had him come out to hang up a couple vinyl shutters on my second story. There were some issues with the shutters (not his fault), and he was able to work around that and get them hung securely.
