Description of Work: Caulked most of the windows. He did not remove the old caulking just caulked over it. Put new weather stripping on doors. Had to redo deck door with a different weatherstripping but still has air leaks. Went back to store twice for supplies but could not give me an itemized receipt of costs. Overall, the house is noticeably warmer and less drafty.

Description of Work: Bobby did a great job installing new weatherstripping around all my doors, adjusting the doors, to have a better seal, and installing caulking my windows that were letting cold air in. I will gladly use him for future jobs!

Description of Work: They promised to contact me to schedule a service date. They asked for and I provided them 3 proposed schedule dates. Once those dates passed I contacted them to say they had not scheduled me. Instead they emailed me to say they would contact to schedule. They said they only schedule once a week on a first come first serve basis But after waiting a full week they Still would not give me a definitive timeline for Scheduling me. They are leaving me in limbo and I don't Like getting off on the wrong foot.

Description of Work: I called and he never returned my message. He then sent me a message saying he had been busy and will call me. Never heard anything.
