We were so please with Bobby's toilet installation work the first time using an Angie's list special promotion, that we hired him to do two more water saving toilet installations. During his work, Sears came to install new washer but the 25 year old hose connection on the old unit was frozen. Fortunately Bobby was still at our home and was able to free the connection.

It went fine except for the rainy days we had during the month of May 2017 which delay the job getting done for a few days. The work cleared the homeowners association write-ups which is what I wanted.

Bobby came out to my house on time and as promised, and looked over the work that needed to be done, and said that it was a job that he could easily complete. He said he would respond with an estimate, but never did. He did call later in the week, letting me know that he would get me an estimate during the weekend, but I never heard from him again. He seemed very professional when I met him, and he appeared qualified and knowledgeable. Not sure if he got better jobs or what, but I ended up going with another company given the lack of communication.

Time management issues. He canceled on me twice so I figured he must be too busy for more work. I decided to not deal with this company.

Mr. Nesbitt did an excellent job and I would certainly use him again!

Good. I called him for the today's leaking and he said will come to see what alternative he can do. So I am hopeful he will help.

The replacement toilet installation for our 2nd floor bathroom went very well. Neat, clean, professional and fast. The owner/repair person was very easy to work with as we changed the apointment several times.

Bobby was very pleasant to work with and did an excellent job with the repairs. He discovered that the toilet that was delivered to us was missing some parts, so my husband quickly took it back to Lowe's and got it replaced. Fortunately, Bobby was still able to complete both jobs during one visit. We will definitely hire him again!

Mr. Bobby Nesbitt installed a new toilet and found that the toilet base was somewhat unstable. He quickly figured out the problem. I accompanied him to a nearby Lowe's store and acquired the suggested materials needed. (material cost was manageable). I paid him an additional $40.00 in labor to complete the work. I found Mr. Nesbitt, very much the consummate professional and knowledgeable about his craft. Currently, no problem...toilet performing fine. As a Handy-Man , he is the definitely the, "GO TO GUY"

New Life was chosen for this special. New Life did not contact me, I had to contact them. I was given 3 dates and times to choose from; and after choosing I had to call to confirm, still not contact from them. New Life sent me an email on the day services were to be provided to reschedule at a time I clearly stated I am not available. I believe this was unprofessional and I not only took time off to be here, but purchased the toilet while waiting for a response, to ensure I would be in compliance. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

New Life Handyman was nothing short of impressive. He installed a barn door and two shelves that had to be customized in order to fit in their respective spaces. He was professional, courteous, trustworthy and efficient. I found New Life Handyman to be very knowledgeable about his craft which made the process of working with him seamless. He had excellent suggestions about how to install my items which allowed me to feel comfortable with his method and time frame for the job. I also liked that he was punctual and believe it or not - cleaned up after himself (very rare). New Life Handyman helped make my installation easy.

I agree with the other reviewers that Bobby is wonderful and I would recommend him without reservation. I've already wasted time and money on some other folks -- I wish I had found Bobby first! Highly recommended.

I bought the service from Angie's list. They never responded. Angie's list refunded the $125
