Description of Work: I had tried to contact this gentleman through his web-site for about 1 month give or take a week. I finally was able to reach him by phone to set up a meeting for some estimates. We both agreed upon the day and time and I provided my address by text receiving a response back that he got my information. The day of the appointment came and he was a no-show. I received no call or text as to why he has not shown up. I find this behavior very unprofessional for someone running their own business. My time was wasted because I could have left the house to run errands at the time I waited.

Description of Work: For the first job, he did some electrical work. He hung a light fixture and also installed a lock on a cabinet door. For the second job, he repaired and painted entrance doors. I asked him to use a stain on the door per my request and it didn't turn out right. He then sanded the doors and repainted them until it was perfect. He did not charge me to redo the door since he did not like how it looked either. His prices were very fair since he did extra work for no charge.

Description of Work: Bobby is a very nice man. However, I am rating his service this way because 1. He had to come back on three separate occasions to complete the work (shaving down one door!) because he either "forgot" tools or didn't bring the appropriate ones, despite me explaining the project via message, phone and then seeing it in person subsequent times. What kind of professional shows up without basic tools? 2. Bobby did not seem to process the job very well and indicated that the deal I purchased would cover the work; then, upon completion of the job (which took 3 Saturday visits and are days of my life I will never get back) he claimed the deal would not cover the work and charged me an additional $150 but could not articulate what the deal would cover. At this point, I do have the unused "deal" but would rather waste the $150 than go through the pain of scheduling with Bobby again. Very nice man, but painful experience all around.

Description of Work: I had retained this service provider to fix a kitchen door that wasn't closing properly and they never got back to me to set up a meeting. When I called, they said they had been busy with orders and would get back to me in a few weeks. I had given them a number of dates in April but when I didn't hear from them I called Angie's List who asked if I would give them another chance and if they didn't come through I would get my refund. When the organization didn't come through with a date or contact me, I called Angie's list and did receive the refund the very day I spoke to the individual. For that I am very grateful.

Description of Work: Adjusted two doors to prevent energy loss.

Description of Work: Replaced door sweep and replaced door screws to stop door from sagging and sticking. Service provider arrived on time, completed the work in an hour and cleaned up debris. The work was satisfactory.

Description of Work: Appointment set up for Wednesday, April 27 with the service window of 7am-2pm. I received an e-mail stating that someone would be at my house in the late morning. No one called or showed up that day. To date, I still have not heard anything from them. A vacation day from work was wasted. Not interested in doing business with this company.

Description of Work: I purchased two hours of pre-paid door service. The owner of the company was very polite and helpful, and accommodated my schedule. The door couldn't be fixed because of parts availability, so a new lock was installed. I am very happy with the service I received.

Description of Work: The provider explained that he needed to get a part from Home Depot to repair the area that he could service and would return in a few days (approx. 2 1/2 weeks ago). He also said that he would accredit my account $90. As of this date I have not heard back from the provider.

Description of Work: He replaced some damaged wood in the door frame and put in new and better weather stripping. I felt he did a good job and was pleased.
