It went very well. Mr. Nesbitt did some extra repairs that was need and I requested. He worked in a professional manner and did a great job and I was pleased. The price for labor and material was reasonable. I will call Mr. Nesbitt for future handyman projects.

The new weather stripping placed by the provider is incredible! He assessed the situation and with a couple of minor modifications to the door frame, quickly fixed the problem caused by the old weather stripping. On top of that, he went out of his way to paint his new work to match the existing color of the frame. I was very pleased with the work overall.

I called to get this set up Friday before last and he said he would call me back and he never did.

He was very pleasant and understanding when I spoke with him. I did not realize the deal did not include materials. The provider was unsure of how much the materials would be exactly, so I decided to cancel the deal.

This was a remarkable experience for me. First of all, when I ordered this great deal handymen services coupon, Bobby called me back within 1 hour. It didn't take him days to respond, as with other handyman services I have dealt with the past. On the phone, he clearly explained the pros and cons of various types of weathestriping and caulking materials. It went well. He hung the first door in no time flat, and found I had the wrong hardware for the second. He obtained the hardware himself and returned a few days later to finish the job. I also had the wrong toilet kit, which was on me, and went out and got what I needed. Anyway, so there was no dispute. His work was excellent, and he was easy to get along with. Not always the easiest guy to get a call back from, but responsive when we did talk. Also had a tendency to misplace receipts, but this was not an issue in our case, as I knew what the parts cost, and there was no dispute.

Provider schedule a date to come out and was unable to perform the service. Provider rescheduled for another day and failed to show up or contact me. Not a good business practice.

He was polite and professional on the phone, but wasn't going to be able to schedule me for a while.

I was happy with his services. The price was good. He showed up on time and was cordial. He did the job as best as he could. It was the first time I used them. He had to actually cut a hole and run it to the outside because the previous home owner did not properly do it. They had it vented to the attic which was a fire hazard. I had a dryer but I wasn't using it for that reason. So he had to run the pipe across the attic and then install it on the outside. We tested it before he left and it was working. There was a little miscommunication but I'm not going to fault him because I'm not clear about something. He showed up on time.

The toilet shut off valve was an emergency, we called that evening and Mr. Nesbitt was able to come the next day - on a weekend. He was fast and efficient, so we asked him to do the other jobs at another time. His plumbing work is clean and he always left a cleaned area. We will definitely use his services again.
