Very well. Old toilet removed, neat and tidy. New toilet performing well. I would use services again. A "B" overall rating was given, only because a general inspection of plumbing for the home was not done after successfully installing the new toilet.

Bobby was very nice and actually came within hours of my phone call. Unfortunately, after looking at the door, he said none of the repairs could be done with my Big Deal Coupon and suggested I should request a refund, which I did get from Angie's List. He then did a more thorough inspection of the door and followed up that same day with a bid of $800+ to repair the door. I am seeking other bids before I proceed with work. I gave him only a "C" overall because now that I look at previous reviews he has at least twice before said work that should have been covered was not in fact covered under Big Deal coupon. I get that the woodwork may not be covered but I don't understand how the other 2 repair items were not. I have since contacted the contractor from whom I purchased the door and he will order a new screen.

New Life was prompt and well mannered. He adjusted door and hinges and well within time frame. Door does not scrape and opens easily now. Will use his services again. Thanks.

Mr. Nesbit arrived promptly and completed the job in under 2 hours. While the deal did not include toilet disposal, Mr. Nesbit packed up the toilet neatly and set aside near my garbage for me to arrange disposal. I would definitely use Mr. Nesbit again for other projects

Very smoothly. We arranged a time for one week following my purchase of the installation through Angie's List. He showed up on time, did an excellent installation, and cleaned up after the work. Very pleased with the workmanship.

The toilet was installed nicely. We were replacing a thirty year old toilet (original to our home) with a new Toto Drake II that I purchased from Amazon. I contacted New Life Handyman after purchasing the $99 install offer from Angies List. Bobby was easily able to schedule the week when I wanted the installation done. During installation, he suggested replacing the old feed line and broken flange, which were not included in the offer; I appreciate that he reported these problems to me and the additional charge was very reasonable. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Bobby perform the work and provided better material that what came with the product. He installed and cleaned up after. Bobby took pride in his work and it showed. Also corrected the issue with the electric wire that the builder had hanging loose. Thanks Bobby for performing same day service.

I spoke to the owner we arranged a time. He was very flexible with the appointment. Called me during the time window to let me know when he would arrive. The existing toilet was very old and when it was removed the floor was gross and the installer cleaned all around it before placing the new toilet down. This was my first experience replacing a toilet and it went very well. I will use this company when I have more projects in my home.

It turned out pretty well for the most part. I did call them. In the process of pulling the door down, he knocked it and he never replaced it. He charged me another $55 for the parts. The price was pretty good to me. He never called me after. Punctuality was pretty good.

The service turned out okay, but I feel like the Big Deal that was described was misrepresented as far as what services I received versus what was described. The Big Deal said that the toilet would be removed. I took that to mean that it would be removed from the property and hauled away. He said he did not provide that service. I had to find a way to haul the toilet away which was I did not find out until he was doing the job. It was an inconvenience to me. The Big Deal also said that it included a comprehensive plumbing inspection where he would then tell me any tips or recommendation for my plumbing system. That did not happen. I did try to contact him afterwards because I did not actually think about it. There was a lot going on that day so I did not think about it unit right after he had left. I realized that he was also supposed to give me a comprehensive inspection and I did not feel I got that. So, I called him and sent him an e-mail to let him know that was part of the Deal and ask him if he performed that service and if he had any recommendations for me and he did not reply. At some point, I have to recognize that the Deal did not represent what were the services. However, he was very professional in his mannerism. I am undecided if I am going to use them again.

Service went very well, all services requested was completed in a timely and professional manner.

He was excellent. He was on time and called us about an hour before to let us know when he would be coming.

Door was sticking and difficult to open. Bobby figured out the problem and had it fixed within 20 minutes of arrival.

We contacted Bobby at New Handyman for plumbing services. Bobby was fast, professional, and truly exceeded our expectations considering the job was slightly more challenging than we originally expected. Based off the work done through the New Handyman Angie's List deal, we plan on using Bobby in the future as his calm demeanor and straight forward method of communication was truly a breath of fresh air.

Everything was great! Bobby was very responsive to my phone calls and even text messages. He gave me a 30 minute window of his arrival (I like short gaps), and even came 15 minutes early from that! He greeted me at the door with a business card and promptly got to work. My previous fan was larger than the new one, so the ceiling needed to be painted, which he did without extra charge. The fan looks great, the time taken was good and Bobby was very professional, clean and kind. I would definitely recommend him and I will use him again for other projects.

It went extremely well! He first came to survey what needed to done and to take measurements. After purchasing supplies, he promptly installed the new weatherstripping. This project was a breeze. Scheduling and communication was smooth and pleasant. He explained what needed to be done and made sure I was pleased with the work. Highly recommended!

He did a good job. However he didn't bring his ladder with him and there were some windows he couldn't reach. He advised me that he would be back out to complete the job but I never ever heard back from him and it left my job uncompleted.

The work was done in a very professional manner, and Bobby also worked with my difficult schedule.

He is still doing some of the work now but the work he has done has been excellent.
