MHIM replaced my asphalt roof. Everything went very well especially for a quick turn around job like this one. Bryan, the project manager, was very helpful, responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. The roofers were very hardworking and cleaned up well. Bryan gave me good advice about other home improvement matters. Amazing guy! Great customer experience at a fair price.

The contact person Bryan was great! He was always available for questions I had about the job. He explained everything step by step and the contractors arrived on time. The deck looks great and will be using their services again.

Bryan Travis is very conscientous! Of the 3 contractors I reviewed, he was the only one who noticed the hail and storm damage to my roof and suggested I call my home insurance. The adjuster confirmed his assessment and the insurance paid for my roof placement! I love my lovely new roof which blends in with the rest of my exterior. Mr. Travis is very professional and took the time to answer all my questions on the material being used. I highly recommend Mr Travis and Maryland Home Improvement Master, Inc.

The roofing project went great. I am also getting siding and gutters. Once the weather improves. I am very pleased with the project.

The sales person who came to my home to replace my shingles on my roof was very professional. He didn't take up a lot of my time with his presentation like another company did, walking out of my home only to come back reducing the price. The day of my installment several installers came out and the job was finished in a day. The price was reasonable. They cleanup afterwards and any damage to my window screens were replaced. This company even replaced my shingles on my shed. I would highly recommend this company.

We met ( Bryan Travis) the owner of Maryland Home Improvement Master, Inc. When He personal wrote up our contract. He answer all the question that we had. Even thou I forgot to included a few items in the contract he still honor my wishes and did the extra work without extra cost. That impressed me! His team of employee's did the work in a timely matter and did not leave a mess for us to clean up. We would recommended his service's to anyone that wants a hassle free job. As promised, his roofing team started and completed the entire job in one day; and the quality of the materials and workmanship was outstanding. Two years ago MHIM replaced a roof on my addition. In the contract is the following: "Any leaks on addition in the next ten years to be covered under 10 year Labor Warranty". See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0XKovSAekvk do you think the warranty should cover this? MHIM does not think so.

Brian Travers was my sales associate and he has the best personality and expertise. Brian walked me through the entire process, gave me a fair price on the initial visit ( no run around, no gimicks). He is upfront and honest. The quality of work and material has left me speechless. I have had this roof for 2 years now and no problems. And it comes with a warranty. This is the company to hire, call and ask for Brian. I trust him to oversee future projects. Im going with Maryland Home Improvement Masters.

The five stars is not an exaggeration. I have had a lot of remodelling done to my Bethesda home but none have equaled the quality of the work done by Md. Home Improvement Masters (MHIP). Bryan is a joy to work with and Lee's crew was professional, experienced, and respectful. The work was completed in a timely manner as promised and the cleanup was spectacular. In addition, the job cost was very competitive with several other estimates I received. I would use this company again for my next home improvement job and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
