We are new to the house. They spent time to help identify items. They worked efficiently and had everything needed on hand.

It went well. They were professional and explained the system thorough. They also did a great job on laying sod in the front yard.

They are outstanding in all aspects, Told us how log int would take, and very reasonable.

This is one of those rare service providers that says what he will do, does what he says, and charges very reasonably for it. He is responsive and, perhaps most importantly, punctual. His accent is a little bit difficult to understand occasionally, but do not let that fool you. We have a very busy household and would frankly pay more for a reliable service provider. We didn't have to with Martinez. I have absolutely no affiliation with him and rarely write reviews (let along positive ones). He is terrific to work with.

Installation went great. Mr. Martinez installed the pipes and system quickly. I had just had new sod put down and he did an awesome job not destroying the sod when he dug the trenches for the pipes. He customized the sprinkler heads based on my input (my front yard is small and manual sprinklers often watered the driveway and street more than the lawn) and "the lay of the land". He has come back to address issues with the irrigation system twice for no charge. This was especially impressive as one trip was due to user (mine) error. He will check with me next month to drain the lines for the winter (something I was very concerned with at purchase). He works well with the service that performs my yard maintenance (Mr. Davis from Davis Lawn Service Inc suggested I have the sprinkler heads adjusted as some areas of the lawn were being over and under watered). Mr. Martinez came out again at no charge and took the time (over 30 minutes) to ensure the lawn was watered properly.

A couple of our neighbors used him. I am satisfied with the services.
