LE DIGGS PLUMBING & HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

The water and sewer utility company did work on the pipes in my neighborhood for several weeks. At one point, our toilet just stopped working, and we knew it was due to the work going on outside. After a call to the utility company, we were told to call Mr. Diggs to assist us at no cost to us. He promptly came out and fixed the problem. When the same problem returned a couple of days later, he came out again and fixed the issue at no cost to us. He was a bit less responsive and prompt the second time but did finally follow through and perform the job for us. He was also kind enough to check on another unrelated plumbing issue and fix it at absolutely no cost to me!

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR AT LEAST THE PAST 15 YEARS. WE HAVE A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CONTRACTOR, AND HE HAS CONSISTENTLY PERFORMED WELL FOR A FAIR PRICE. HOWEVER, HE IS NOT ALWAYS RELIABLE, AND AT TIMES IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH. IF YOU NEED A REPAIR IN A HURRY, AND HE IS NOT AVAILABLE, THIS WILL BE FRUSTRATING. ON THE OTHER HAND IF HE IS AVAILABLE HE IS WILLING TO WORK NIGHTS, AND WEEKENDS.
