Description of Work: Brand new home builders Roof is leaking, Driveway is damage. Cracks in the house all over

Description of Work: Problem #1 TRASHING THE PROPERTY AFTER THE CLOSING DATE! (Please watch out!) When we bought our house on 06-10-2016. After the closing date (we were not able to move at once), K&P workers were continue to use our driveway for the portable bathroom using by their construction workers working on the house next to our home, which was in the process of building.This lead to the trashing our driveway with the cement footprints and other stained junk in the pavement. Also, their workers dragged heavy equipment with the chain wheels across.our driveway as well. It broke the pavement and left cracks on the surface. After we brought this problem to K&P builders attention, they deliberately ignored it. I had to write to the Attorney General a letter of complaints. Problem # 2 THE WINDOWS.. K&P boulders use windows for delivering drywalls in the house during the drywall installation. which is against the standard procedure. Because of this procedure, all our windows were dinked and bent. We brought it to their attention on the 30 days list, the came to our house and tried to fix it with a hammer to unbend them, which destroyed a lot of paint on the windows. Problem # 3 The air-conditioning system didn't work for 2 month. K&P builders are using very chip contractors, so air-conditioning company doesn't do a good work. When we turned our air-conditioner our house was not cooling at all. We were inviting the air-condition company to fix this and they were rescheduling it many times. It took us 2 month to fix this problem (all July and August-the most hottest month in the year) Problem # 4 WHATCH OUT FOR THE DESIGN! When we were picking the exterior siding and trims. K&P builders didn't care about the details. The put the wrong color trim. We were visiting our site once a week. When we noticed it, we had to talk to the representative to make them fix it, otherwise we would be left with messed up design. Problem # 5 Our neighbors had problem with flooded basement as soon as they moved in. Now I see a lot of houses build by K&P Builders are on sale by owners because of the poor construction and not livable condition. I have friends who have Caruso homes, MI homes, Ryan Homes. They are happy with their houses and I see the difference, when I am visiting them. I regret that our family had chosen the wrong builder K&P . This contractor doesn't take pride of its work. They only thing they worried to collect 25000 deposit from you and then let you wonder what will happen. VERY SAD!
