Mr. Maroulis met me at my home to look at several plaster repair items I needed done. He was pretty good about arranging the visit -- it occurred a few days after my initial contact with his company. Once at my house, Mr. Maroulis acted very knowledgeable and capable of doing the work. He told me he would have an estimate emailed to me within several days of his visit, but it has been several weeks now and I've heard nothing from him. I have left several voicemail messages and sent several email messages, but I've not received any response at all. I just don't get it. Especially with the economic downturn, how can contractors stay in business if they don't communicate back with potential customers? Even if he'd called or emailed me back, saying that he just didn't want to do the work, that would have been fine. But that didn't happen. This whole situation is presenting problems for me, since plasterers are hard to find in this area.

HE DID AN AMAZING JOB FIXING THE PLASTER AROUND MY NEW WINDOWS. IT'S JUST HIM AND HIS ASSISTANT AND I REALLY LIKE THAT I KNOW WHO IS COMING TO DO THE WORK. YOU CAN NOT EVEN TELL THERE WAS ANY WORK DONE, IT LOOKS SO GOOD.
