I responded to a mailer. Owner (Danny Peterson) came to my home and spent a couple hours showing my wife and I all the options. He was honest, courteous and professional. He explained specialized training his installers receive and we took a walk to look at a neighbor's home that his company had recently completed. Danny left us with a couple of price options though I am sure he would have liked to have walked out with an order. He was over $3000 dollars more expensive than another estimate I had gotten, but after speaking with him I believed he would do what he said he'd do. I also did a bit of checking. After a few phone calls we ordered insulated siding, windows, shutters and gutters. Danny's crew, with foreman Mr. Shin, arrived in force on the day we had scheduled. They were organized, professional and about doing work they are proud to be associated with. We had a few minor misunderstandings, but nothing major. More important than minor misunderstandings was the fact that Danny did not hide from discussing areas of disagreement like many would. He was prompt in his response even when it meant he had to spend some extra money. For example, Danny's crew covered my end vents, because he thought we had a ridge vent. When I asked him about it and options for venting he dispatched a crew to install a ridge vent on my home at his expense. Did I mention they did the majority of the job in two days. They did have to come back to finish a gutter on the third day due to a weather stoppage. Furthermore, they kept the place clean while they were there and when they left. This is service we all desire, but rarely see. Danny and his company are on a very short list of service providers I would recommend.

We needed two windows enlarged in a downstairs room to bring them up to code for remodeling a spare room into a bedroom, and another window had severe seal issues, allowing freezing air to come in during the winter. The problem window also had a clear problem with its casement, because the framing had about a half-inch gap all the way around it, between the framing and the wall. Danny came out the day after I called, sat down and explained the whole process and cost to us, offered an estimate on the spot. The material arrived about a week earlier than estimated. For the enlarged windows, the worker arrived on time and stayed until the work was completed for the two-day project, cleaned up every speck of dust and debris inside and outside the house, explained to me everything he was doing, and checked with me every so often to ensure what he was about to do was exactly what I wanted. He also fixed the problem window by removing the frame and sealing it inside and out, then placing the framing back on, tighter than it had been. We weren't able to have the framing on the new windows completed at the same time as they were installed, due to our remodel timetable, and Danny has called twice to make sure we still wanted the work done. This is by far the absolute best contracting work I've ever had done. There were no surprises, and Danny is absolutely committed to quality and value. He makes that clear from the moment he and his staff pick up the phone, and he delivers on his promises.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT! ONE PERSON CAME OUT AND NO DEBRIS LEFT. WE HAD 2 OTHER PEOPLE COME OUT AND GIVE US QUOTES AND IT WAS FAR MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THIS. PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

Excellent. They arrived on schedule to give us a quote and explained windows in tremendous detail and made lots of recommendations based on our needs. Price was good. The installation was scheduled within the time-frame quoted, AND they even showed up and did the work when they said they would. Pretty impressive.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID. THEY WERE VERY FAST WORKING AND THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE VERY GOOD QUALITY WINDOWS. THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
