Danny Peterson promptly came to our home to discuss the desired work. He did an inspection of the work areas. He discussed his findings and illustrated them with photos. We discussed his recommendations and agreed on a statement of work. We told him that we would be getting several bids on the work and he did not attempt any high pressure tactics. The work would have to be done on a tight schedule. After talking to two other contractors, we decided to go with Integrity. They were in the middle price wise, but Danny's thorough approach sold us. Three crews from Integrity worked a total of 5 1/2 days to complete the job. Every day they hauled away the debris and left the worksite spotless. Danny stopped by to see the progress and discuss the effort with us twice during the job and again after it was completed. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to go with Integrity and will return to them for our next home update or repair.

I've used Danny twice for roofing jobs. He is never the lowest priced but I have always had great results.

The representative used for the project was Mr Don Nolan who was very courteous, and honest during the planning, execution, and following the installation of the new roof. We were especially impressed with the workers during the installation of the roof. They arrived when scheduled, began working immediately, and worked until the job was complete only stopping briefly for lunch. Once completed, they thoroughly cleaned the surrounding area removing all waste material. Overall was very pleased with the whole process of replacing the roof from initial estimate to final installation. Since the installation of the roof Integrity Home Improvement has continued to offer assistance if needed, and maintained contact with the customer.

Called the company for a referal but had to leave a message. Received a call back promptly and saleman came out to do an estimate. He was very knowledgable and helpful. We received 3 different estimates and Integrity Home Improvement came in the middle. We went with the company because of their responsiveness and references from friends. Since a previous customer had to reschedule, they came out the next week to replace the roof. They started in the morning and were done by 5pm. After they left, there were no signs that any work was done (other than the roof looked great) as they cleaned up everything. Definitely would use this company for future repairs/projects.

I contacted Integrity after speaking with 2 other companies regarding a roof for my townhouse. The representative Mike Shin came out to my residence and explained the whole roofing process and the products that would be used. I explained that I thought the leak was in the section of the roof by the fireplace. Mike measured the roof and then retrieved a ladder to look up in my attic too see if he saw any leaks. Unfortunately he didn't have a flashlight and I couldn't find mine so based upon what he saw with the limited light available he didn't see any leaks but told me that based on what I was describing that sounded about right. He was honest and said he did not have much knowledge on fireplaces but he did have a number of years experience as a roofer. He also told me that the quote provided would replace a few boards of rotted wood and gave me a rough estimate if in fact they ripped of the roof and all of the boards were rotted but he didn't think that was the case because I did not have water damage. The estimate he gave me was right in the middle of the other 2 companies and the information he provided was consistent with some of the information I had already received and researched on my own. I decided to go with Integrity because he was the only representative who even looked in the attic to see if he could detect the problem and I know from prior experience the cheapest price isn't always the best. With winter fast approaching he told me he would try and get me scheduled within the next 3 weeks. Integrity called me 2 days later saying they could install the roof the next week. The men showed up early, cleaned up the mess and finished the job about an hour earlier than what I was quoted. Mike then followed up with a call to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction and to let me know the leak was only due to 1 rotting board and that was covered in the price he quoted me.

Unfortunately the next time we got a good rain there was still some leakage, I called them and they came out and fixed it even thought it wasnt part of the original estimate there was no charge. I intend to use them this summer to put some crown moulding in our living room. And eventually when I need a new roof I will definitely use them. The names fits them they put integrity and customer service first.

They have done roof repairs for us. We have not had a problem with the roof since. They replaced all of our windows and installed a security door as well as security bars on the windows in the lower level. We will be using them for future work.

They did a good job. Initially one person came and gave me an estimate and told me what remedy they would apply. When the person came to do the work they had to adjust that and do something different because of the way the awning was over the porch. I felt as though they took the time to make sure the end result would be the best outcome for me. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

The experience from start to finish was fantastic. They are professional and respectful. You can feel comfortable and secure having them work in your home.

The representative was excellent. It was a fair price. It took them three days to do a lot of roof. There were problems with the shingles on one side of the house, and they came back to replace them, and finally just removed the whole side and replaced them at no cost to me.

We had a very difficult time finding a contractor to come repair our leaking roof after a recent hard rainstorm. My only complaint was that our initial appointment with Integrity was rescheduled after my husband had already taken a day off of work, and they did not give us more than an hour's notice that they could not keep the appointment. Nevertheless, they rescheduled for the very next Saturday, and the owner came himself to the appointment. He toured our attic, took my husband up on the roof to show him the source of the problem, and walked us through all our options. He even picked up junk found in the attic near the soffits that had been left by a previous electrical contractor and brought it down to dispose of. Danny spent a lot of time walking us through our options (including patching and delaying the work, since we are considering removal of a chimney that will require additional roofing work). We paid the deposit and were told the work would begin the following Friday, and that we did not need to be home. The crew showed up bright and early the next Monday morning--a full week ahead of schedule, and completed the work in one day. The workmanship is great. This would be an A+ review but for the problem with scheduling the initial meeting, although I have to say that the personal touch and prompt completion of the work for a flat fee made up for the initial inconvenience. We would definitely use Integrity again.

In both cases, Integrity responded very quickly to my request for an estimate. Mike Shen, who came out to give the estimate, arrived within a day or two, and was very knowledgeable. The work was done the next day on the first repair, and within 3 days on the second repair. I didn't even have to be home for the work to be done. In the case of the replacement shingles, I provided the shingles that I thought were on the roof. Turned out they were not the same; Integrity came back out and replaced them again with shingles of the correct color for no additional charge. Very professional; very good at calling to confirm appointments and follow up.

We didn't go with them but they were probably the runner up. In terms of the sales call they were professional and responsive. We were left with a positive impression of the company based on the salesperson. Their price was higher than the company we went with. Their salesperson was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about their products and he was personable. They came out within a couple of days of our call and everything was great. I would definitely consider them again for any home improvement projects.

They did an excellent job. They kept the site clean and they worked with me for everything. He tried to work with us for fair pricing since we were having so much work done. I have recommended them to others many times.

They are fantastic. Their professionalism as well as their work ethic and quality of work performed are always up to my expectations. Their name integrity is very fitting because I have found them to stand by their work and are extremely trustworthy each time I have worked with them.

He was fantastic. Very good and conscientious. He came out to get the bid and someone did the work and then he came out to inspect the work. The slider had a lock on the bottom and it did not work. I called him and he came out and fixed it personally.

We wanted to replace all our windows upstairs and down including our sliding glass door and got four separate estimates. The owner of Integrity Home Repair Service (Danny) came out and did the estimate and told us about the different kinds of windows. We decided to select Integrity even though they were not the cheapest quote because of the positive feeling we got from the owner; we were glad we did because everything went so well. We even decided to add a garage door replacement into the job. They came and did the work in two days. The workers were great and they cleaned up after everything was done. I couldn?t have imagined a better experience. Update as of November 2010: We had also gotten our garage door replaced along with the windows and sliding glass door. Several months after the install I noticed a slight wrinkling on one of the panels. I called Integrity not to complain but to see if they had seen this before and if there was a larger problem. The installer came out and, at the direction of the owner of Integrity, replaced the panel. I did not expect a replacement, certainly at no cost to me. We have had no other issues with the door. This is an example of how customer focused this company is; they have maintained contact and checked several times that we were satisfied with the work. The windows are working flawlessly and have greatly reduced our energy bills. I would try to use Integrity for any future home repair in the future and give my strongest personal recommendation to anyone requiring their services.

We were looking to replace the vinyl windows on our porch that didn't go up/down and that we couldn't see thru. It is a screened porch - so the plan was for cheap windows. The owner showed that it would be cheaper, with the environmental discount, to buy the more expensive windows and get the tax cut. We had used Integrity previously and been pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness so we did not get a 2nd estimate. We accepted their quote and the windows were ready sooner then we were for them. We scheduled the installation date. 2 men came and removed the windows and installed the new ones on the agreed to date. They were down by about 5:30 that evening. We were shown how to close, clean, etc the windows. Cleaned up and removed the old windows, put the edging in - windows look great!

They were wonderful. Very thorough and their price was competitive. The owner was a good listener and took his time to explain things, but we ended up going with another roofer who's price was lower and we had worked with before.
