My roof was leaking when we had a very wet spring. I had several roofers come out and give me estimates. From the very beginning I felt at ease and trusted Danny and his team. On top of that their price was better than the other estimates. After we agreed to proceed with the work the team came, did all the work without me needing to be home and cleaned up after themselves. Overall I was very satisfied and would (actually have to a few people) recommend their services.

I was not satisfied with their work. They were not honest and the workers were not professional. It took them a while for them to call me back. After they quoted me the price, they changed the price on me. I also felt that I was forced to make a decision to use them right away. I would not use them at all.

We started off with a pretty terrible experience with the sales staff and were determined never to use this company ? so you can imagine that they?re pretty amazing to now get all A?s from us. Danny the owner is a good businessman, but more importantly, he?s a good person. He really knew his stuff as he carefully walked around the house with us and discussed how he would work on it. He also said they could do it in three days ? I?ll admit my skepticism at the time. The crew members that came out (3 workers + guy in charge) were friendly and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves each day and at the end of the job. Jay, the guy in charge, walked around the house with me, showed me some work and asked me some questions. He was also patient throughout the experience with my nitpicky questions. Jay told me that he?d been working for the company for 13 years, and the most recent hire on the crew had been with the company for 3 years. So, they know their stuff about siding, and I would imagine that the company treats them well. Our house was actually done in three days, and now all we have to do is hose it off every now and again for the next 25 years! They also threw in some nice touches ? such as hiding the cords that they could and installing new light fixtures for us since they had to take the old ones off anyway. The house looks a lot more polished than it did four (!) days ago. We know we?ll need a roof in the next couple of years, and we will definitely be giving Integrity a call!

There was damage due to rain and hale. They did patch work. The contract was written in September and it took a little bit long otherwise they did a pretty good job. The price was fair. I have no problems with the quality.

Danny did all the estimating and customer service personally. He was thorough, professional, polite, and knew his business. The crew came in and knocked the job out in two days. We had a couple glitches with moving a plug and a roof vent. These came about through a miscommunications, but Danny did not try and dodge the issue. He weighed in and took care of the majority of it at his expense. I would use Danny and his company again and have recommended them confidently. The only thing I noticed after the fact, was that a few of the windows had some larger gaps between trim and walls on the inside than I would have liked. They came back and caulked the openings.

Initially they came out and gave me a quote for $1000 or $900 something like that and that was to put reflectors on the roof and new flashing on. When I saw the reflectors out I thought I would have done it myself. It was some pin that they put up. I could have done it myself and I thought the price was just too much. So when I initially put my report on, Angies List called me and said that the issue was more to do with the price and that Angies List don’t really deal with that. Dan the owner of Integrity Home Pro called me on a Sunday and left a message stating that it is just to let me know that he does not do business on a Sunday but he wanted me to be satisfied and so just to call him back. First he apologized for his people leaving the trash and they had to come back two or three times to do it right. So he finally said that he was not going to allow them to come back but he would come and do it himself. He refunded me all my money, paying back, fixed it, send me cookies and he came back a week later and he actually checked to make sure if they had replaced the flashing as they were supposed to. I could not tell if they had replaced it not because the way they had done it you could not tell. He got on the roof and he actually said that the deflector that they had put up there was to deflect the water he did not like it himself and so he was going to get me some different ones. The ones they put were a foot long but the ones he bought me were like three feet long and he put six or seven instead of the two. He really did an outstanding job. He really made sure it they lived up to their name Integrity because I was really upset. But after he fixed it I was so pleased with him. It was not because he gave my money back or anything. He was really concerned about how well they did the job. Overall I was very pleased. Quality wise he did an outstanding job. As for punctuality I did not have to be here, he made it very convenient for me. Dan is just awesome. I will be using him to do my gutters.

Integrity is Awesome!! My appointment for an estimate was scheduled on Monday. The representative listened to all the issues that we were looking to have repaired. He took his time to investigate and explain what he found and how Integrity could repair the issues. He had all of the necessary equipment needed to check the roof, the gutters and the eaves. He even took pictures of the area to be repaired and then showed us and explained. After about 1-1/12hrs of talking, inspecting and presenting a quote, we were done. My husband and I discussed this over the next 24 hrs and decided to use Integrity's services. We called to make an appointment. By Friday of the same week, they were coming to repair the roof, and by the following Friday they repaired the Bay Window. The job was done, however, the customer service of Integrity never stops. We received a follow-up call to make sure we were satisfied. We also received a Thank You Card along with a tin of cookies. And, just the other week, I received a phone call asking if there were any other projects that we were looking to do that they could help with. I informed the lady not at the present time, but assured that if and when we do, we will definitely be calling Integrity!!!

They came out and looked out the property. I have an insurance claim and they are awaiting for the insurance company to finish their job. They were a higher in price, but they were in line with the insurance company. They showed me all the materials and I give them an A rating. They will start work once the insurance company is done with their job.

Danny knows his stuff. From start to finish everything was done right. We are very happy.

They did good work. I didn’t have any problems except that they didn’t come back. We had requested him to come back. They were on time. They did good quality work. They were very professional.

They were the only company in the area that would do the expansion and they did well at a previous place so we called them back. I would use them again.

The owner was very nice and had a very fair price even though we didn't go with him. He was very professional and handled everything well. We just didn't choose him; it was a personal preference. He was very fast. We would choose him in the future.

We liked their communication. They came out in a timely manner and gave us an estimate. They came back exactly when they said they would and told us how long it would take to finish the work. Their follow-up was excellent. They called and checked back with us to see how things were going. The workers were very courteous and very clean. They cleaned up after themselves. They were absolutely outstanding. We are getting ready to call them again for some interior work.

Overall the project went very well. The windows arrived in a timely manner and were professionally installed. Everyone from the consultant to the work crew were punctual. The only glitch was that the work crew initially installed the wrong window but it was quickly remedied when we called it to their attention. We are very satisfied with the product and work. We are awaiting heavy horizontal rain to see if initial problem was solved.

Integrity Home Pro was very responsive to my request, and the estimate they gave me was extremely professional in its presentation. Overall, they did impress me but I ended up going with a different company. However, I would certainly consider Integrity for any future projects.

Integrity describes this company to a "T". They are polite, professional, responsive, and do great work. Our entire experience from negotiations to completion was excellant. We highly recommend Integrity. The quality of materials used was top notch and not only nicer looking than the same work done on nearby homes but it is standing up to the weather in a superb way. Where other windows are sagging, ours look brand new 4 years later. We discovered a roof problem soon after windows, siding and doors were installed. They gave us a great price even though we were "over a barrel". Their siding installer is an artist. He cleaned up at the end of everyday. If the scaffolding hadn't been there (too large to take down and put back up daily) you would never even know he had been working. Precision and pride were evident with all who carried out the work. We couldn't be happier. Many neighbors have admired the work done and decided to use Integrity for their own projects. They worked with us through the community approval process. When the lawn service damaged the siding they worked directly with the company to arrange repairs. You'd never know any damage occurred. They really do live by the golden rule! The energy savings are paying for the investment. For the next 3 summers we received two (2) "zero dollars due" power bills. This past summer we received three! The house is now quiet and comfortable all year long. Don't hesitate to use Integritiy.

They had a team of people, they were on time, they did a good job, and there weren’t any hassles. They are a solid company. I thought the price was a bit high.

I have used them twice. I spent a total of $5000. They were very upfront about their pricing. They were very quick about getting up and they were very honest. They didn’t pressure me into anything that I couldn’t afford at that point. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Replaced another companies poor work. Worked quickly & efficiently. Completed work in about 3/4 of a day. So far water drainage appears to be working well. All workers pleasant & willing to answer questions.

Although the representative [Mike Shin] appeared when scheduled and spent a brief time examining the areas where the roof needed repair, more time was spent showing us numerous materials and documents about the company and the various products and services it offered. Despite clarifying that we were only interested in making the necessary repairs to the roof, the representative resumed this generic sales pitch until we requested another "time-out" to bring it to a halt. Instead of the detailed written estimate for the work requested, we were handed a confusing preprinted form identified as "Integrity's Up Front Pricing" with numbered categories that described groups of services we could neither understand nor recognize. The "10 year guarantee" that had been mentioned repeatedly during the verbal sales pitch did not appear in any written form, so both that guarantee as well as a detailing of our requested estimate were solicited via follow-up email, but neither was ever provided. A few weeks after the estimate date, we received a rather disquieting mailing from Integrity that, among other things, related "we love you, we really do," that they wished "to celebrate you and your life by honoring you on your birthday and wedding anniversary, that they wished "to rejoice with you during those special times of life ...." All we were interested in was a roof repair estimate.

They're terrific. We're very satisfied. They were quick and did a great job. They're a little pricey but worth paying for. They were very helpful and straightforward about charges and everything. They warranty the roof for the life of the house. If you have any problems at all, they'll fix it free of charge. I'm very pleased. I highly recommend them. You could get it done for a lot less, but I think the extra things you get are worth it.

It was effortless. They came out the agreed upon date and re-installed the panels. I didn't even need to be there.

The price was higher than the competition by about a grand. I felt that the variation in price was so much greater than the next bidder that I just went with the next bidder instead. The staffs were absolutely top notch.

The quote was maybe $10,000. They seemed to be very good at what they did and the person, during the quote, really knew what he was talking about. He was very punctual and very polite. He brought good samples but we just thought that they were too expensive in comparison.

They were very professional. They came in for one full day. They really did a great job. A contractor commented on their work and said it was good. The price was reasonable.
