They were team players, each one knew how to do all of the jobs. They were honest (I had hidden some money that I had forgotten about they found it and gave it to me) they are also well mannered and very polite. They did an excellent job installing carpet in 4 units. They had to move a lot of furniture in the units and nothing was broken. I would recommend them to anyone and would hire them again.

They were very pleasant, hard working, and did a great job.

I must say I was nervous about allowing a carpet service do repair on my laminate hardware floor. They sure did a absolutely amazing job! I mean I was completely speechless at the superb quality of work and the time it took them to complete the job was mindblowing! After completing this job for me, I'll be using them for any carpet, tile, hardwood floor installs in the future for sure!

Our basement looks absolutely amazing! I really enjoyed working with Hugo Carpet Services from start to finish. They offer a large selection of carpet choices and they are very friendly. Most importantly, they have a fast turnaround. Our entire basement was completed in 2 days! We will definitely use them again in the future. It was an exceptional job!

Did very good job on installing the flooring. Informed us and stop work as they ditectrd a leak. Finished the job after leak was stopped. They could have just finished the work, later we would have detected water damage, which would have cost more to fix.

When I interviewed this company . They were highly recommended . They delivered everything thing that they promised. And yes I will have other projects. Great job to all of you

Installed a new exterior storm and entry door, due to old frame leaking in heavy rains. Overall, very satisfied with the work done and have not had any more leaks in the seasonal rains since it was replaced.

They were amazing I m 8 months pregnant and I forgot to go and get the flooring. When they showed up they went and picked it up for me. Life savers. And the floor looks aaaah mazing!!!

We had a great experience with Hugo Carpet Services. We got our estimate the day after they came to look at the work that needed to be done. Then the install began two days after that.
