They were over here several times doing stuff. The work gets done quickly and he is communicative. He does not charge you for stuff he does not do, so there are a lot of good points about it. Since I am a perfectionist-type person there were a couple of things I did not particularly like. The reason I am not giving him an A is because of the exterior outlets that were put on my place. The outlets were not installed flush with the siding. They are supposed to be installed flush and sealed with the siding but they weren't. I had a double outlet in the kitchen with a switch -- I had two outlets there and it only got fastened on one side so it is not in there so tight. Those are the little nitty-picky things.

Awful! I called with a problem with an electrical short. They said they would send someone out either that afternoon or the next morning. They did not come that afternoon and so I made sure I was home in the morning. At 9 AM I called to check and see if they knew when someone was coming out. The woman who answered the phone did not know a specific time and so she said she would call me back. At eleven, I was still waiting on her call. I called back. No answer. I left a message. I called the cell and left a message. I called again at noon. No answer. Finally, at 12:30 PM, I get a call back and I am told by this woman that no one is coming out today because they are all busy. I reminded her that I had taken time off to be home in the morning. She then said she never told me that someone would be out in the morning but they would "try." She then said they were busy for the next two weeks. She called me a liar and the owner backed her up. I guess honoring commitments means zip.

HE IS A GOOD GUY. THEY ARE ALRIGHT ON EVERYTHING. THEY REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, SO THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES, AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
