No work done because did not return phone call or email.

My experience has been great. We had squirrels getting into the vents. I had a contractor put on some covers. I asked her to come out and check on the covers. She went there and repaired one of them. I called her to tell her not to bother to go out, she said she was already out there and had just fixed one. She has been very nice and helpful. I would recommend her and use her again.

She was very easy to work with and did a good job.

It went great- Cecilia responded quickly to our phone call, came out and looked at the work, and gave an estimate by email which seemed very fair- we set up a mutually agreeable date by phone for several days later. Cecilia arrived early since doing everything involved a full day's work. Everything was done great- the one thing that was a problem was some caulk that didn't seem to be setting up properly- but when we told that to Cecilia she came back out very quickly and replaced the caulk in question. We were overall very happy and have already talked to her about doing a couple of other projects.

Overall she gets two thumbs way down. What's the point of showing up to do an estimate if you have no intention of ever doing the work?

Cecilia was very responsible initially. Within a week or so of my original email contact she came to my house and inspected the proposed work I needed done. She is very personable, friendly and seems to know her business. I received a detailed cost estimate and breakdown of the work to be done by email in February. She also let me know approximately how much time it would take for the jobs to be completed. My last email from her was 2/14 and I have not heard from her since. Two months later no response to emails. Phone calls go to voice mail with no response. My initial good thoughts of her and her business are replaced by disappointment. My grades are taking into account the initial good responsiveness.

Ms. Moore returned my email within 24 hours. She also provided me images from other similar projects that she had done. We scheduled a day and time. She was early. I found her to be professional and very informative. She did great work. I have told others about her and I WILL use her for any future projects that may require her skills.

Celicia is very responsive, knowledgeable and thorough. After she finished my plumbing I discovered new room under my sink! It was much cleaner and simpler. It shows that she cares about her work. She did a fantastic job cleaning up after herself and she worked with my late schedule. I couldn't be more pleased. Hire her!

It went really well, this company is very responsive on the phone and through email. She let me know what was going on every step of the way and she also knew what to do on every item listed. It showed that she had a lot of experience. This is the company we will be calling for all of our properties. Handywoman Services did a great job!

It went great. Cecilia and I played phone tag for a few days, but she was very responsive both by email and phone, and we scheduled a time for her to do the work within just a few days. She was extremely courteous and professional, and the price was right. She also alerted me to a leak underneath my sink, and was able to give me advice on keeping my drain flowing smoothly and keeping it clean. I was very pleased with her services.

Fantastic. Ms. Moore came out one day to give me an estimate, she was prompt and very friendly. We talked about some tips and tricks for some other home renovation projects I'm going to be doing. She emailed us a quote promptly as well. Again, she was on time for the day of repair (very easy to schedule a convenient time) and worked through the morning. I was around doing other little projects which she stopped to help me with (i.e. removing track lighting, fixing nail holes, fixing nail pops, she even looked at our furnace which had stopped working earlier that morning!). She continued to offer very helpful tips and tricks which was much appreciated. The ceiling turned out looking very nice and professionally done. She was very courteous and tidy. She even offered a 90 day warranty on workmanship.

Cecilia and her assistant Gale, were very responsive to (all) of my calls. Great team work!

In a word Cecelia is SUPERB!!!!!!!!! She is very professional, competent, and helpful regarding maintenance and future needs.

The contractor was very prompt and professional. I appreciate that she was willing to work around my schedule and the delivery of a new appliance that occurred while she was working in my kitchen. The work was well done and the 30-day warranty gives me additional assurance that problems will be fixed at no additional cost to me. The rooms were very tidy when she left.

Based on the excellent reviews on Angie's List, I contacted Cecelia Moore. She called me back the next day. I told her that my condo was on the market and I had an open house scheduled in about two weeks and needed it painted. She put me in touch with her painter, Victor and we set up an appointment for him to come over to give me an estimate. He arrived for the appointment 20 minutes early! I hired him and he and his brother returned the following Monday. Again, they were early. They were professional and ready to go. I supplied the paint and they provided everything else. They were also honest and trustworthy, as I had to leave them alone in my home to go to work. They called me at work when they were finished, and when I got home from work they put the furniture back in place and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job painting the place. I will use them again for projects in my new home.

I told her what I wanted to have done, she told me she could do the work, and we agreed on a price. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. We worked side by side most of the day. I will call for their services again.

It went great! Cecilia is a highly professional, friendly no B.S. kind of person -- one of those people you just have a good feeling about and know you can trust what they're doing. She came out a couple of days before the plumbing work had been completed to give me an estimate and was highly amused at the price the condo's plumbing company wanted to charge to patch the wall (more than double what she charged!). She also advised me on a couple of things around my unit that I could take care of myself (I installed a new faucet in my kitchen based on her advice). Her assistant Fernando did a really nice job. I've given her business card to several of my co-workers and friends. If I need anything else taken care of around my place, I'm definitely going to give her a call!

In terms of price, she was highly competitive versus the other estimates that I have received in the past. She was very professional, courteous, and did all the tasks I asked her to correctly. I would highly recommend their services.

Initially called for estimate to change lock for interior door and cleaning of gutters outside. Owner, Cecilia met me on time at the house to get estimates. She offered valuable information as to what needed to be done in addition to the gutter work. She provided estimates for changing the lock and the outside work. I opted to fore go the changing of the lock for another time and just concentrate on the outside work. Work scheduled for 8:30 AM on Monday, Sept 3 and I appreciated that Cecilia called beforehand to let me know that she was going to be 30 minutes late. Work completed by Cecilia and one of her helpers a 1:00 pm. Very courteous, neat and professional.

The desk was a nightmare with all of the screws and different parts. Cecilia was here for 4 hours, there was a little issue where she had to get a replacement part, but she stayed with it and got the job done right. She charged a great price especially considering how much time it took. The amount of patience she showed in putting together the desk was amazing.

I called for an estimate to fix porch. My phone call was returned. The provider agreed to come give estimate. No one showed up or left an estimate, if they did. No follow up.

I emailed Cecelia late one Sunday evening and received a phone call from her before noon the next day. She was at my home on Monday evening. After determining that I needed a new switch, she called around to find where it could be ordered. It took nearly a week before she was able to install it. She kept me informed via phone and email letting me know what was happening with the order. As soon as she could she came to the house to install the new part.

From first contact and estimate through completion of the job, Cecelia conducted herself with the utmost professionalism. The work was done thoroughly and with quality. They cleaned everything as they went. She even noticed that a sink in the master bath was clogged and fixed it! She was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely hire her again for future projects.

Excellent! From the time I contacted her, sent her some emails of the projects to completion I was very pleased with the work Cecelia and her assistant Aldo did. One patch job turned out to be a problem with termites and Cecelia recommended another colleague to address the issue. For all other projects she went above and beyond the call of duty. She cleaned each area before moving on to the next. She always kept me informed of her progress and made sure her assistant was progressing on his projects. Her outside project was a real bear and the temp was about 90 degrees, but she was an excellent worker. I would definitely hire her again and recommend her to others.
