Description of Work: I had water damage from my skylight in the ceiling. It was patched and painted look strand new.

Description of Work: I called to get information and perhaps set up an appointment. I never received a return call....not impressed!

Description of Work: This lady was amazing in her professionalism. A storm was predicted, and I asked for a quote to clean my gutters. The price was more than reasonable, and she made time within one day, in light of the storm. She was responsive, friendly, knowledeable, and accommodating. I also had references for the good quality of her work. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to me because I had never climbed up there, our gutters didn't end up needing to be cleaned. So we didn't use her service. But even then, she was very good-natured and made sure we knew about other services she provided. I look forward to an opportunity to use her in the future.

Description of Work: I have a rental property that she did carpentry work for.

Description of Work: I spoke to Cecilia Moore in regards to performing several handyman services at my home. She came out on a Friday approximately two months ago (can't remember exact date in May, 2011). She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. At the end of the appointment, she stated that she would send me a written estimate by project on Sunday. To this day, that Sunday has never come. Therefore, no services was performed by this contractor. I never called her again because you shouldn't have to chase someone down to give them your money. If she didn't have the time or changed her mind about the work, a simple email or phone call would have been the courteous thing to do. This contractor may do good work (according to other reviews) but is very unreliable. I guess that it was better that she disappeared before as opposed to during a project.

Description of Work: Tried to contact the company by phone and by e-mail. We were told that we will get a phone call soon, but it never came.

Description of Work: Upstairs bathroom overflowed, leaked through ceiling below - a big mess. Ms. Cecelia provided me with a reasonable quote. Came a couple of weeks later to do the work, along with two other workers. She and her crew did an excellent job. They fixed the damaged drywall on ceiling and painted the entire ceiling (living room, dining room & kitchen). Also had them paint an accent wall that wasn't in the quote, but they did it for an additional small fee. They arrived on time and to my surprise, finished earlier than expected. They did not leave a mess, cleaned up very well when done. Ms. Cecelia is very friendly and professional. As a matter of fact, my ceiling looks better now than it did before the leak. Would definitely hire again and will recommend her to family/friends.
