I asked for an estimate and they conducted a thorough inspection and offered three job estimates. They carefully explained what each estimate addressed. They sent email reminders of the upcoming work day. The work was done and they did a very good job cleaning up the mess.

They rescheduled more than once. I still do not have a receipt for the services. They left my fireplace with gaps on both sides and missing screws in the panels they installed I had to call them back and send pictures. Extremely unhappy with this pro. In addition they quote 1 price then send an invoice for a higher price.

They had a truck break down on them and had to reschedule for the following week with me. But once on site they were quite professional and thorough. One tech was on the roof and the other working at the stove insert. Got the system clean in less than 30 minutes and left the home perfectly clean as well. Recommend them highly.

The main office called and informed me when the technician will be arriving. Once at my home both technicians wore proper Covid-19 attire, layed down drop cloths and did the necessary cleaning.

I had a fireplace insert installed and was told by the installation company I needed to have my chimney repair. He offer to do it for $1,500. So I took bids through Home Advisor. I found this company to have the best price. The company sent two technician and they repaired and replaced the top three rows on the chimney. They used a latex based mortor which will last.

We had a great experience with this company. We got estimates of what needed to be done and cost from a couple different companies. The estimates came in relatively close. We liked the professionalism of this company and the way they carried out the work. We appreciated the way the broke down the project for us so that we could do it in stages - an important financial consideration for us.
