This did not turn out to be any repair, but just a cleaning, thanks to their honesty. They arrived as planned; performed the cleaning as needed including moving the stove; charged a reasonable fee as previously agreed including the off season discount. I would hire again.

The crew was very professional. They cleaned up everything and explained why they had to to the work a little differently than we had originally discussed. Will definitely hire them again

I hired First Class to come out and look at my fireplace, I had already had four other companies come out for estimates but Marco owner of First Class stood out. He came out diagnosed the problem, replaced bricks, new damper, new liner and fireproofed everything and more. Took before and after pictures to explain work needed. Job was done in two days on time and on schedule, very professional...thank you First Class

pro did not clean up after himself. there was ashes all over the place in my family room that the only complaint i would have.

Arrived on time, worked efficiently. Was very careful to protect my house from the dirt while they cleaned. As tree limb had fallen on the chimney in a previous storm. They will repair the resulting cracks. Price is reasonable. Great communication & customer service skills.

Great experience! As soon as I submitted my Home Advisor inquiry, First Class was the first to call within 15 minutes. They conducted the survey, provided the estimate and scheduled the installation day. On installation day, the team did a great job and provided valuable guidance in maintenance and safety. I would definitely recommend this company.

The installers were at my home well within the agreed upon timeframe. They were both very professional while in my home. One worked from the roof and the other from the inside making sure none of the soot from the Chimney would spread throughout the home. They took time to explain every detail of the job and cleaned up everything before leaving. I will definitely call them again for my next chimney cleaning and would highly recommend them. Very professional and was in and out in no time, but did a very thorough job.
