I didn't see anymore evidence of termites. They did a good job.

Fanatic Pest Control came out and set a trap where the hole was under our gazebo to catch the gopher or groundhog and all we managed to catch were squirrels. They came back and set another trap on the opposite side of the gazebo so now we had two of them. We purchaed apple after apple as bait and still all we caught were squirrels. One time we caught a skunk and we had to hire another company to come and get it because Fanatic would not do it. It's been over a year and we still have one of their traps in our backyard as well as the gopher or groundhog.

I have used all of the major guys from Orkin to Terminix and these guys were more responsive. They were very honest about the pests we had in the area and they were very quick. Working with Terminix, I was actually told one point when I had ants and they told me to go out and buy some ant spray. That is when I gave up on the national guy. I went to a local guy and I looked up to see if he had good references and he did and he has just been great. I have been very pleased. He is less expensive than the national groups. He is very responsive and very honest. He won't sell you stuff that you don't need. When Terminix was trying to sell me termite protection, he came and looked at it after they did and he said where are the termites. Then he went and showed me and he goes well you have regular ants, but they were not termites. He could have gotten whatever. I am not an expert on the bugs, but he has been very good.

The prices are pretty reasonable and they are very responsive. They are thorough and I will use them again in the future.

We have an annual contract with them. They come every quarter or as needed. I just call them up if I see any pests in between and they come out. I pay them about $350 or $400 yearly. I would use their services again.

They came in on time, they were very clear about what I needed for my property, they did not try to sell me services I didn't need. I have tried the big companies over the years and was never satisfied and paid a lot more, this company does what they say they are going to do.

I received an estimate from this company. The tech arrived a little late, did an inspection of the property and provided an estimate. I felt the reponses he provided to my questions were somewhat "canned". I did not choose this company for my termite prevention contract nor pest control. Instead, I chose another company

I liked that they used non toxic methods and they explained everything that they were doing. They were punctual as well.
