This company never answer your calls. I had called more than 5 times and no answer. The day they were supposed to come, nobody showed up. This is my 4th call to Home Depot, and still no idea when they will come to provide the service. One of the worse customer service, and this is not free. We paid for the additional insurance and still tracking this technician.

Terrible. They were assigned to me by my Lowes Assurant Extended Warranty company back in December of 2023. They came out and then determined that a part was needed. They ordered the part and returned a week later but then said the part was wrong and they needed to re-order the correct one. Almost three months have gone by and they won't come back or even reschedule. I've been trying to reach them but their phone numbers go to voicemails and leaving messages, as I've done several times, doesn't seem to work. I've laso complained to Lowes and they have spoken with them and assured me that I would hear within 24 hours. In several attempts waiting for calls, they have not called. Even when I managed to reach someone from their office yesterday, I was hurried off the phone because he was "with a customer" and once again my telephone number was hastily taken and I was assured someone would call. No one has called and I don't expect anyone will. Terrible customer relations.

I highly recommend Eagle Star Appliances for all repairs. The owner is responsive, communicative and does quality work. He recently repaired our broken LG Refrigerator and Washer. He texted to let me know when he was coming and had the parts needed to make a quick repair. Needless to say, We HIGHLY recommend Eagle Star Appliances.

They worked very well with my schedule, even able to get to me a day early from my appointment. Showed up on time, had the right parts and equipment to make the repair to my LG refrigerator. Explained to me what to expect over the next 24 to 48 hours with the refrigerator and am super pleased with the work. They cleaned up the mess and everything is working fine. I would hire again.

They did a good job and the refrigerator is working fine. I will hire them again.

Awful. Unreliable. Dishonest. Incompetent. I made several repair appointments and paid a $25 co-pay under the terms of my (fully paid) Assurant policy. Assurant sent me the name and telephone number of Eagle Repair Service. EAGLE NEVER SHOWED UP AT ALL! NEVER! NOT ONCE! This is outrageous. These people are thieves and should be put out of business. DO NOT USE THEM!

Terrible and unreliable company. Stay "AWAY". This company was to provide services to my refrigerator and dishwasher through my Warranty Company, which I also do no recommend. This has been opened since November 2019 a still not fixed. Came over to the house one day and I thought we would be able to enjoyed a repaired fridge and dishwasher over the holidays, but that did not occurred. Needless to say, I have been dealing with both the Warranty company and this company that has neither showed up to repair the issues nor contacted us, they go as far as not responding to our warranty company when they try to contact them. Shame on them and really on my Warranty company who enable this type of unreliable company to represent them. Really disgraceful service and would not recommended to anyone. "STAY AWAY". "RUN FOR THE HILLS" when they tell you that this company will be servicing your request.

They are a no show. The company uses a cell phone to contact them which they don’t answer and the voicemail is always full.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a repair company. We have a warranty through Assurant and were contracted out to Eagle Appliance Services for repair. Initial visit was easy to set up and went quickly. After that everything was abysmal. The part was ordered and arrived and when we tried to get ahold of them to schedule the actual repair, no one would answer the phone. Their voicemail was routinely full so you could only keep calling hoping to get a hold of someone. After getting the warranty company involved and a few weeks later, a service repair appointment was scheduled on a Friday between 3 and 6. We took off work to make this happen. No one showed, no one answered their phone and of course voicemail was full. I finally talked to Harry and he said someone would be out that night and he would call me back. No call back, no one showed. The next morning, Saturday, Harry called to apologize and said he would be out personally to fix it between 3 and 6 pm. Again no one showed, called or answered their phones. On Monday, I received a text that someone would be to our house in 2 hours. No scheduling call to see if that works for us or anything. But I wanted our oven fixed, so agreed. No one showed again and no one would answer their phone. We called and cancelled out warranty contract with Assurant over this insanity. Eagle told us it would take 7 to 14 days for the part to arrive and then 24 to 48 hours afterwards to repair the part. This was a simple fan blower. To date, it was 40 days and no repair. They were apparently on their way when we cancelled the contract.

Terrible!!! I too had a Technician by the name Foday K. to come and attempt to fix my Wall Over. He couldn't fix it so he had to order a new part on Sept 3, 2020. I was told that the parts should take about a week or two to come and after then Eagle would reschedule the follow up repairs. Well, its Oct 13, no parts and when I call the number on the work order the same person Jeff answers and tells me a different story about the part, it should be in, he saw the order for the part or he'll promise a call back and that never happens. I'll notice it's the same story with other customers.

I had an issue with my fridge and had coverage through Assurant. The initial visit was good as the technician Foday showed up at time, assessed the repair and stated parts would be ordered with a follow up in 1-2 weeks. Fast forward two weeks and no update. I called Eagle Appliances and talked to an individual (possibly Harry, but not Foday) who was on the phone in the car and stated he would call me back later with an update. Well no call was returned and the next day my wife called and was given the same “I’ll call you back later”. Almost 3 weeks from the day they had first assessed my appliance I again called and this time was told the parts arrived and I would receive a call the next day to schedule an appointment. Next day arrives and no call. I then sent an email to their Yahoo address two days later and no response. I then called from a different number as I kept getting voicemail and thought my calls were being screened and surprise the phone is answer. The individual (presumably the owner) got irate when I asked why an appointment was scheduled. He went on a rant stating that parts were back ordered (wasn’t questioning that as he had already told me parts arrived) and that he was very busy (sounds like they couldn’t manage the workload they had taken upon themselves). Not trusting their word at this point I reiterated the parts that Foday had written in the work order (control board, compressor, and condenser coil fan motor) and was told that he wouldn’t replace all those parts because they didn’t need to be. I questioned why his assessment was different than his technician and he argued with me stating “the fridge is still cold, that’s all you need”. He then scheduled me the following week to install the parts. At this point I called Assurant to file a complaint and to have a record of their unprofessionalism. The appointment came today and Eagle Appliance did not call or show, a complete no show. I called their number and it went directly to voicemail. So one month to the day since I had this issue and the no repair. I have requested Assurant assign a different company and to recommend ceasing them from using Eagle Appliances as a 3rd party outsource. Ironically their company motto is “Providing services to people, not just machine”, which is farther from the truth. Avoid this company!!!!!

I had the misfortune of have both my washing machine and refrigerator fail on me in the same week. Luckily I have American Home Shield warranties. They assigned Eagle Star and I arranged service the next day. The person assigned showed up on the day scheduled, but just a little late (no complaint there). He spent a couple of hours attempting to repair our appliances, but could not. He gave work order and said he would be back in 2 to 3 weeks. 4 weeks have gone by and I cannot reach the company. Telephone numbers are not in service, or "the mailbox is full and cannot accept new messages". On the few times I could reach a person, I was told "I am busy and will call back", but was hung up on before I could give details. 7 days of trying and over 20 calls. No answers. Very odd indeed.

I got this FraudStar company assigned from American Home Shield to fix my dishwasher. At first it was easy to schedule and but after they ordered parts and they arrived, their scheduling went disarray. They scheduled me twice to come and fix my dishwasher and was a no-show both times and it has been more than a month. No response for my numerous calls and text. From my experience, I am almost certain that they have fraudulent practices where unless it is a quick fix they want to wear you out with waiting so you give up and contact someone else while getting paid from appliance insurance companies. Recommend everyone to stay away from these guys even if contacted by appliance insurance.

Harry was outstanding in his patience with Assurant Solutions, the contract I have for my appliances. The delay was not with Eagle Star, it was with an incompetent Assurant employee who decided on his own, at the last minute, that Assurant was NOT going to repair my Bosch washing machine. Harry fro Eagle Star stayed on top of my project and completed the job with extreme patience and professionalism. Harry is an expert in his line of work and I would hire his Company anytime!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I generally don't write reviews but I feel that I need to warn people about this company. He is late, unresponsive, rude and lies about whether he has even ordered parts. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! My wife was uncomfortable with him when they were alone. Unfortunately my warranty company assigned him to me more than once but on the most recent service call he simply lied such that none of my appliances will be repaired in time for Thanksgiving even though I called for repair on October 5th. BEWARE!!!

DO NOT HIRE EAGLE STAR! They were sent to my home by my home warranty provider. not only did the repairman misdiagnose my washing machines problems (it still doesn't clean clothes), but he managed to break a water valve in my basement causing thousands of dollars in damages. The company was than rude and condescending taking no responsibility for their error. Fortunately my warranty company has some integrity and is covering eagle stars incompetency.

This company did an awesome job. The technician told me what the problem was and showed me the issue and made sure that I saw him fix the issue.

Endless praise for Harry. Super responsive. Friendly. Truly expert in repairs. And knows how to cut through the insurer (Assurant) bureaucracy. The washing machine is one of the worst to be without for too long. It would have been longer, without a doubt, if Harry hadn't been on the job. The whole family, and my sanity, is grateful.

I thought the service provided was very good. I used them under my home warranty. So I didn't know what to expect but they had good reviews on several sites. I have to say the service was good. I got an appointment for the same week. They showed up on time and figured out the issue. The part needed for my repair came in quickly and my stove was repair in two weeks. The repair guy was polite and respectful. You cannot ask for more - I'll use them again if I need to repair any of my appliances.

Service was great. It was performed as scheduled. The technician was on time and very professional. Parts for repair were received and installed ahead of what was expected.

AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They came to my home to repair my GE Monogram refrigerator, and talked a good game that they were going to order parts and come back and fix etc. And then, they never called me back. I left four messages for them and no one ever responded. I was unable to get them to come back to my home to do the repair. I was only using them because Assurant, the provider of my GE refridgerator warranty, dispatched them to me. I called Assurant back to report the problem after giving Eagle Star THREE WEEKS to respond to me. Assurant tried to reach Eagle Star on my behalf and when they called someone picked up and then abruptly hung up and did not pick up the call again. So, Eagle Star depends on their contract with Assurant for business on repairing GE refridgerators...but they won’t even take Assurant’s call? Seriously, Eagle Star! ***?? It’s like they are purposefully trying to lose their contract with Assurant and GE. I don’t get it.

In the beginning of April, he came first and took my $75.00 and for the first two weeks, the ref was working and then it stopped again. On the19th of April, he answered the phone the second time, he did not ask me and said he will just order two parts and after that we are never able to get in touch with him. My Insurance company and I were both unable to contact him after this, so the insurance send over another guy to fix the problem.

Today is Jan 6. First appointment was made for Nov 28. Eagle cancelled. Second appointment was for Dec 6. They came said new parts were needed. They said they would call when parts arrived. Never called! I called the following week (abt Dec 13). Parts arrived and appt scheduled for Dec. 29. They cancelled Dec 28 and rescheduled for Jan 5. After calling at 5 p.m. and stating they still planned on coming, they never showed nor called. It is IMPOSSIBLE to call them. They don't generally answer their phones and you can't leave a message -mailbox full. Very unprofessional!! I would NEVER use them again.

Harry, a repair technician with Eagle Star Appliance Repair, LLC, looked at our washer and suggested two parts needed to be replaced. He ordered them and requested expedited shipment. The parts arrived a few days later, and Harry installed them on a Sunday afternoon without charging us for the weekend work. Unfortunately, the parts did not remedy the problem. But the next day, Harry ordered a third part from a different company, again for expedited shipment. The part arrived on Friday, and Harry was scheduled to install it the following Monday morning. Third time’s a charm. Harry installed the 3rd part and started our washer on the normal setting. It works now, and I cannot believe I am saying I look forward to doing lots of laundry! Harry’s patience was far better than mine during the past 3 weeks. He was calm and methodical in finally determining the source of our problem. Harry also waived charges for the two expedited shipments even though I told him we were willing to reimburse Eagle Star for them. My only suggestion for improvement is for his office to communicate updates/provide status reports to its customers more often.
