I hired Drain Pro first for a clog and then a second time to re-do a poor plumbing install I asked him about when he came to take care of the clog. Not only did he do an excellent job but also took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. Not only is he very professional and conscientious in his work but Patrick is also a really nice guy. I will definitely call him again for any plumbing needs.

Mr. Wilson was very courteous and professional. Not only did he show up on time, but he cleaned debris from around the pump, finished the project early and provided tips to keep the sump pump operating efficiently. I will definitely use for any future plumbing jobs and recommend to friends and family!

The service provided was excellent. For both appointments (initial assessment/quote and installation) Patrick arrived on schedule. He was very professional, communicated very well the issues and the resolution. When he arrived for the installation he recommended that he enter through the basement to ensure that no dirt or mud was tracked through the house (it had been raining for several days). Plus he said the old pump would be pretty dirty. During the installation he explained what he was doing and why. He cleaned out debris from the well, that apparently was left behind by construction workers 10 years ago. He tested the new sump pump to ensure it was working properly and to flush out stagnant water. He made adjustments to minimize vibrations then cleaned-up the area better than the way it was before he arrived (the lid was very dirty). He ensured that I had a copy of the manual. Before leaving our basement, he even pointed out another potential issue unrelated to the sump pump that should be looked into, but did not suggest that he fix the problem, he was just making sure I was aware of the issue. He packed up his tools, and went to his truck to complete the invoice. He returned to the front door, placed booties over his shoes before entering and walked me through the invoice, which was exactly for the price we had agreed upon. From beginning to end it took approximately 1.5 hours. Which he had estimated between 1.5 to 2 hours. Overall I'm completely satisfied with the Drain pro Services and the work and service Patrick provided. I would definitely recommend Drain Pro Services.

He arrived on time with all the proper equipment. He tested not only the sump pump but all electrical connections. He explained exactly what he was going to do and then properly installed the pump on a platform above the foundations of the house to avoid gravel breaking the pump. We were very impressed with how clean his work was and thorough.

Overall satisfied with the service provided. Punctual, professional, competent, explained the cause of the problem and helpful information to prevent such recurrence. Really dependable, thank you.

Prompt, polite, professional, and got the job done on time and within budget! I compared with other "Major" providers in this are and some charge twice as much. I really liked how flexible Patrick was regarding my schedule and was happy when he showed up exactly on time... I've had other companies reschedule on me which can be tough considering I have to take time off from my position in Washington DC to be home to meet service providers. A+ Service!

My technician Patrick was great!! He installed and replaced my sump pump, cleaned out my drain which had some leaves, and returned when I had an issue which we found out was due to the heavy rains and something else, not the pump. He took the time to reinspect the pump, and help me clean the water that had built up in my home due to the heavy rains we have been having. Patrick is very professional, courteous, and ensures his customers are satisfied with his work. I would happily recommend him and this company for any future work.

I called and received same day service to replace a sump pump. one year warranty for parts and labor for a great price. Great customer service and polite.
