Patrick was very prompt and professional. I called him and he arrived within the hour. He came out and fixed the problem without trying to up sale me on other things. In addition to the service performed he made a few recommendations that I can do myself. He will definitely be my first call when I have another plumbing issue.

Patrick was super friendly, professional, and efficient. He was quick to get to the house, diagnosed the problem and offered a fair quote for the job. Patrick Wilson showed up within 1 hour after contacting him about gurgling toilets and clogged drains. He was very professional and explained in detail what the problem appeared to be (ended up snaking the sewer line), The problem again happened later that night - I contacted him and he said he'd be over first thing in the morning. True to his word, he was here at 0800 sharp and - re-snaked the line at no charge. Patrick Wilson is an honest man, has great workmanship, friendly, efficient, and has competitive rates. He is my plumber of choice and would highly recommend him.

We had a reported gurgling toilet and slow drain in a rental property in Waldorf, MD, about 35 miles from where Patrick Wilson is based. He was down at the property within an hour and couldn't really find anything after snaking out the main line, but did say he told the tenants to not flush baby wipes down the drain as they do not dissolve like toilet paper. He charged us only a $75 service call which I felt was more than reasonable. He seemed very honest and trustworthy and I will definitely use him again!

The Drain Pro guy, Patrick Wilson, was responsive from the start, and answered my emails on the weekend about my need to replace a sump pump. He gave me an email estimate by email that was very reasonable and stuck by the price after work was completed. He came the next day, did a very professional job, cleaned up afterwards, and explained the features of the new pump. This was one my best experiences with a firm like this. And the individual, Patrick Wilson, was very professional. I would definitely seek his services again.

Patrick came out at 8pm on a Friday night and was courteous, professional and did an excellent job clearing my outside drain that was clogged. When I called, he was about to go home, but came out because of my emergency.

Pat Wilson is by far the best plumber that I have ever came across. He took the time to come to look at my sump pump and explained in detail everything that I needed to know before and while installing my new sump pump system. I would recommend him to anybody that has any issues. He is very reliable and will make time to come out in between jobs just to make sure that you are satisfied. He also calls and or does follow up calls/ visits to make sure everything is ok. I am actually keeping him in my phone in case of any plumbing issues. Forget a 5.0 rating, I give Patrick a 10.0 rating.
