Very cordial and very neat worker. Put on plastic "booties" over his shoes and cleaned up when done. Service price is very economical. Will definitely hire him again for plumbing problems.

Mr. Myers was outstanding. He scheduled and completed the installation of my sump pump the day I called. He cleaned the area of debris, corrected an electrical problem, installed and tested my new sump pump in a timely matter.

Pat did a great job. He even swept up the debris (leaves, sticks, etc.) in my stairwell as a preventative maintenance effort to help keep it from collecting in my sump pump.

I had a clogged drain and after contacting 3 different plumber and being told they didn't have the experience I went to Home Advisor. This was a huge issue and an emergency situation. Home Advisor quickly found the right expert and within an hour Drain Pro was on site and solving the problem. Drain Pro solved the issue within an hour and the price was great. I have a new best friend in Drain Pro!

Patrick was what we had prayed for after the horrible rain storm. Our sump pump burned out and the basement was still flooding. I call him at 8:30 P.M. and he was at our house by 9:12 P.M. He replaced the sump pump and gave us wonderful suggestions as to the removal of water. He is very pleasant, great craftsman and knows plumbing!!! I will use him for all of my plumbing needs and I feel that he has given the best service that I have had in the Maryland area. I have lived here for over 23 years!!! Thank you Patrick!!!
