Which was refreshing I called at 12 he was here at 2:00pm he did the main line Septic cleaning and the kitchen sink as well as the laundry room. So glad I choose this plumper! Had a main drain backup and resulted in our basement tub/toilet overflowing on a Sunday night. We contacted HA first thing Monday morning and hired Patrick based on his quick response, high ratings and willingness to rearrange his schedule to meet mine this afternoon. He and his team showed up right on time, and got right to work. They were VERY clean and put down tarps across the floor and wore shoe protectors while in the house. Patrick took the time and explained the entire process of what they needed to do and how they were going to do it. They were able to fix the problem, clean up their stuff AND cleaned the bathroom for us within 90 min. I was very nervous of the possible extensive issues that may arise but glad to hear the great news that they were able to clean out the entire main line (45 ft) from the drain before they found the clog. I will definitely be using them for future needs and recommend Patrick and his team again and again. My neighbors rely on me to provide recommendations and he will be at the top of the list. Had to have an outside drain with sump pump installed. Patrick did an excellent job. Very nice and quite knowledge honest contractor. Would highly recommend and have passed his name on to relatives.

Replaced cracked outside piping for sump pump. Also insulated the pipe and adjusted the sump pump itself. The technician gave me an estimate and then made arrangements to come back the next day in the morning. He arrived on time, worked diligently until the job was completed. He and his associate were very polite and respectful and cleared away all of the debris. Very pleased with the job completed.

Drain Pro provided extraordinary service. I placed a call and spoke with Patrick and he was at my front door in less than 10 minutes from placing the call. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue (i.e. clog in the lower portion of the piping requiring snaking of about 56 ft.) in less than 30 minutes. The price was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Drain Pro and it's owner Patrick if you want the job done correctly, quickly and with no hassles.

I had a great experience. Patrick was the first to call, in a matter of 5 minutes after I received the email. When he came over, he identified the problem. He corrected the problem with my toilet and also replaced the worn sump pump that was also a problem. He was very personal, friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the needed repairs.
