After the initial inspection visit, I asked for a formal estimate showing material and labor break out in order for me to compare with other quotes, and to make an informed decision. Contractors no longer give you formal estimates with material and labor break out, they lump both prices into one lump sum which gives you the feeling they are hiding something, or padding prices. I actually researched costs for the exact materials that I wanted him to use and I was getting cheaper prices than what he showed in his quote. With this contractor I had the same initial challenge to produce a qoute before any work was done. I did not get a cost break out quote until after the job was completed but I think he showed the materials and labor costs separately only because I pressured him in the beginning. Patrick's work overall was quick, professional, and he arrived on time as we agreed.

Patrick answered as soon ad I made an emergency inquiry. The toilett in the basement was klogged and he found the sawege pump was broken. He cane back next day Saturday with the new pump and fixed the problem.

Serviceman confirmed very reasonable cost upfront. He was careful and informative about what was to be done.

Very clean and organized, did a good job in trying to clean the sewer. Unfortunately the pipe was broken and he reduced his price at half and directed me to Len the Plumber that finally dig in the yard and replaced the pipe. I would recommend Richard for regular clogging treatment. Very kind and professional.

He carefully explained what needed to be done and the price beforehand, nothing was a surprise and I believe that the cost was fair for the work, time, and effort involved in fixing the problem. I filed my requirements with home advisor and Patrick called within the hour, He was going be be in the area this afternoon, so we agreed on a very fair price for the work and an appointment time. Then he called back and said he could come by even earlier. He showed up when he said he would, charged what he quoted, worked fast and cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased with his work and his professionalism. This is the first time I used HomeAdvisor and am very pleased - The work was done within four hours of my initial registration and I had two companies call and one company email all within the first hour and a half - Really pleased and very impressed

Patrick is very nice and helpful guy . He did a very thorough job and also coached us on how to avoid this in future. He was on time my wife used to put oil in the kitchen sink( never listened to me) he explained her not to put oil and grease in the sink.

Although a bit more expensive than other plumbers, Patrick was courteous, quick to respond and provided great service for our clogged drain. He also looked at another minor plumbing issue and corrected it on the spot.
