Starting with the kitchen: The paint job was not done correctly. It was done very sloppily and there is paint all over my cabinets. When a worker attempted to remove my dishwasher he damaged the hoses connecting it to my plumbing that caused a leak in the bathroom below the kitchen as well as the floor under the dishwasher. I have also ordered a countertop, sink, and faucets that still have not been delivered. The new outlet covers were never installed so I have exposed receptacles and wiring throughout the kitchen. I also paid for a lighting fixture that I have yet to receive. Moving to the upstairs bathroom: The wallpaper wasn't installed properly as you can see seams. The toilet-paper hold was placed near the bathtub which isn't near the toilet at all after I showed them where I wanted it installed. I had ordered a vanity for that bathroom (I asked for one with drawers) and they ordered the wrong vanity. One portion of the wallpaper wasn't finished so I have a partially exposed wall. They installed recessed lighting fixtures in the bathroom though they used the improper bulbs and failed to install covers for the lights. As of now, the lighting doesn't even work. While installing the ceramic tile they damaged the drywall. The cracks in the drywall were repaired, though the paint is once again not applied evenly. There are spots and splotches throughout the area so the paint job is messy. Now the downstairs bathroom: This is where I had water leakage from the dishwasher. That water leaked in through the van vent that they had installed. They also removed a heating vent from this bathroom that was supposed to remain in place. The fan was installed, though it wasn't properly vented so anything that the fan pulls out of the bathroom remains in my home and isn't vented to the outside as it should be. Clean up: I paid them additional thousands of dollars to do a full clean up and haul away. I have drywall and dried plaster all over my yard. Other hardware (materials that were used during repairs and installation) was also left behind because the worker cleaned up at night so many things were missed. I was promised an interior clean up as well. They failed to cover any of my furniture or floor to mitigate dust settling on my possessions. I ended up having to clean this myself as they failed to complete that service as promised.
