I am shouting big warnings to anybody wishing to hire this individual. If you decide to set my warning signs aside, and decide to hire him, consult a lawyer before signing the contract. Ensure you ironed out in writing all the particulars before work begins. If you want to make changes to your project, please amend the contract and have it in writing. This guy talks a good game, he is very agreeable when trying to earn your contract and trust. Don't be fooled, but be vigilant and especially careful. His MO is to put you in a box (fait accompli), so you are left having to assent to his deeds. He did not even haul the junk
