+ -1 moreI recently dropped off my laptop at CCN. Clyde repaired it by the next day. It works a lost faster that it did. He discovered viruses my anti-virus software hadn't picked up, as well as cookies and trackers I thought my browser had taken care of. He added a number of enhancements. Clyde was very professional and friendly. He's my computer go-to guy from now on.

+ -1 moreEvery single time Clyde has repaired or replaced something on my computer, it has gone well. Clyde does allot of pre-planning with his jobs and that has allot to do with it. I have been used Complete Computer for over 10 years and even referred friends and business associates to Clyde. I highly recommend Clyde Peterson and Complete Computer.

+ -1 moreClyde Peterson at Complete Computer is always very responsive and can do many things from his office while I am on the phone; that is good but that is not the best part. The best part is when he comes out and we go through everything together; Clyde is a great listener and explains everything while he is doing it. Give Complete Computer a call; I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreThe thing about Clyde is that he invests himself in his customers as if he was fixing his own gear. His work ethic and honesty are impressive. Also, he answers his phone at 2 AM. I'm keeping his phone number. My organization works with a lot of computers and we just found our new, go-to outsource.
Description of Work: Liquid spill on laptop. Dell said 1.5 months to ship a new keyboard. What?! Clyde Peterson, the owner of Complete Computer Networking called Dell on my behalf, and worked his way up the corporate ladder until someone said they would cover my warranty by building me a new high-end laptop. He managed to recover the data from the wrecked machine and re-installed the OS and all software and data. He configured everything and added Kaspersky anti-virus. Many, many hours. I ended up paying him $600-plus, but he saved me more than $2,500.
