+ -1 moreSEE ABOVE. PROMISED HIM I WOULD UPDATE/AMEND MY EARLIER REPORT WHICH IS THE INTENT OF THIS ONE.I PROVIDED A QUALIFIED YES FOR USING SERVICE IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: THIS IS A FOLLOW-UP TO AN EARLIER REPORT RE NON-RESPONSE. THE OWNER CALL ON 8/6/2010 TO APOLOGIZE PROFUSELY FOR NOT CONTACTING ME FOR A CLEANING DATE AND FEE. HE EXPLAINED THAT HE HAD BEEN EXTREMELY BUSY BUT THE FEE WOULD BE $120.00 AND HE WOULD CONTACT ON RETURN FROM HIS VACATION FOR A CLEANING DATE. I EXPLAINED THAT I HAD CONTRACTED WITH ANOTHER AGENCY AND WAS QUITE PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. HE AGAIN SAID HE WOULD CONTACT ME ON HIS RETURN TO DETERMINE IF I REMAINED SATISFIED. HIS LATEST FOLLOW-UP CALL WAS ONE MONTH PLUS. THIS, OF COOURSE, LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED.

Description of Work: John Anthony, the owner of Clean and Spotless, responded to my inquiry as to whether his service could handle a project in Southern PG County, MD. He listened carefully to our exact needs and It turned out that he did not have other similar projects in my area, however, he was able to recommend someone who could. He also helped make arrangements for me to contact that person.

+ -1 moreThey come about every other week. The first time they did a very thorough cleaning. They charged by the hour, now there is just a fixed rate. The woman who is in charge is always there. I like the fact that they get in and get out they are very efficient but careful. The price is reasonable.

+ -1 moreThey are reliable and trustworthy. I have three months working with them, and so far I have had no problems nor complaints. They do a great job and offer a fair price. I will definitely continue using them again.
Description of Work: They do the regular house cleaning of my 2,600 square feet home. They vacuum, mop, dust, clean bathrooms and tidy everything up. They come once a month and a crew of two gets it done.
