I called to get an estimate on remodeling my kitchen. An appoitment was scheduled for 7/2/20013 at 7pm. One hour before the appointment, they called me and advised that they were not coming because of overbooking. You would think they would have known earlier if they had enough people to cover their work load. Therefore, they rescheduled me for the following Tuesday at the same time. They also advised they would give me an extra discount for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, that was the last time I heard from them. No call and no show. I am a very busy person. So to stand me up, was a waste my valuable time. This company treated me in an unprofessional manner and gave me very poor customer service.

I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH FOR THE QUALITY OF SERVICE DONE. IT WAS NOT A QUALITY JOB. THEY PUT UP LIGHT FIXTURES AND PUNCTURED A SMALL HOLE IN THE ROOF. THIS IS STILL NOT FIXED.
Description of Work: I HAD KITCHEN CABINETS REPLACED, TWO WINDOWS, AND ELECTRIC FIXTURES.
