His price was lower than the other highly recommended service adviser I contacted. He came out the same day--a Saturday-- completed the job in 30 minutes, was friendly and knowledgeable. And he had on hand another face plate to use when the one supplied with my lock had holes mismatched with the holes in the door jamb. So, all in all, highly professional, responsive, reasonably priced and excellent work. I will use him again!

Description of Work: Erwin was hired by my former landlord to repair the rented condo's leaky bathroom sink. He and his team diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the same day.
