Description of Work: They cleaned our gutters and trimmed the trees away from the roof. We've been using them since they replaced our gutters on our old house in 2004. They have troubleshooted for leaks on our roof in the past too.

+ -1 moreWe didn't know how involved the job would be and how extensive the damage. Steve gave us a minimum and maximum estimate. When he pulled off the siding, we realized it was worse than we thought. Even though it took him longer than he estimated, he stuck with the price he quoted us. The job has held, and we haven't had water problems since.
Description of Work: Steve ripped off the vinyl siding of our sunroom, replaced rotted wood and studs and installed copper flashing to stop a leak.

Description of Work: Steve McCormick refused to come to give me an estimate.

Description of Work: Said he would give me an estimate for replacing a roof by a certain date, but didn't show up and didn't call. Would have liked to get an estimate as company is not using subs and is local. Too bad.

+ -1 moreIt was a lot of work and they were very skillful and knowledgeable as the roof was very steep. They were also very informative. They explained everything to us in detail. They were on time everyday and did a great job. They cleaned up and got rid of all the debris when they were finished. I would highly recommend them to others.
Description of Work: We had a slate/copper roof installed on our 2 story home, which is approximately 2000 square feet.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE A SMALL COMPANY BUT THEY ARE RIGHT ON. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY PROFESSIONAL, THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, AND THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES VERY WELL. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIBLE.
