They were good. The furnace was not coming on and they fixed it for me. I do not remember how much I paid them. I will use them again in the future.

This appears to be a one-man show, as the owner answered any call to the office and also came to perform the routine maintenance. I had just moved into the house and the A/C hadn't been taken care of well. He arrived promptly, knew exactly what to do and what would help improve the performance of the 13-year-old unit until I can afford to replace it. He flushed out the coils of the compressor outside and added freon. It blew significantly colder afterwards. Only down side was that when I talked to him about how to go about replacing the whole A/C and furnace system, he was insistent on one issue before we'd even discussed the more fundamental elements of the project. And the proposal he submitted in writing lacked a lot of detail that were contained in other proposals that I've received .

Quick, efficient and very knowledgeable.

Called them on the weekend to repair duct on roof- Leerie Simpson came out quickly and provided an estimate. Duct was fabricated and installed within two days. Workmen were on-schedule and very friendly. Replacing the thermostat seemed unnecessary, but I was thrilled to have the heater working again.

It was a Friday morning and I was getting ready for work when I realized the furnace wasn't working. It was freezing outside and heading below 60 inside and I didn't want to spend a weekend without heat. I tried using Angie's List to find someone but most everyone was booked up or didn't get back to me. I got out the Yellow Pages and looked for companies whose ad said "emergency." For no particular reason I called A-One first. It was 12:30 p.m. by then. The woman who answered the phone said they had someone in the area and would get back to me. At 1 p.m., their technician, Kareem, called and said he was on the way. He showed up about 10 minutes later and by 2:30 p.m., the heat was back on. What more can I say. It's sort of like Caesar said in Gaul: "They answered. They came. They fixed." A-One is my heating and AC company from here on out. In fact, I already talked to Kareem about installing a gas fireplace in our living room.

He is an excellent plumber. He came very quickly and fixed all of my problems. They were very responsive when I called them to explain my situation and knew exactly how to fix the problem. I would definitely use their service again; I have no complaints with them. Everything works good now and I have had no additional problems since he repaired them.

Stay away from this company.

Horrible! The plumber didn't know what he was doing, took two service calls to make the appropriate repair. The Customer Service Reps. were also incompetent, got service call times wrong, plumber didn't arrive at designated time, etc. The quoted cost of the work is somewhat misleading. This plumber/service came by way of a home warranty repair service.
