On the day of the inspection, Francis Goldsworthy came out to meet us at the house and was on-time. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. He took numerous pictures and provided detailed comments as we went through the house. His report was printed on-site and included pictures and detailed comments. In addition to the inspection, he gave recommendations for repairs and overall recommendations on how to take care of the house.
Description of Work: We contracted with A & A Certified Home Inspections to perform the inspection on a house that we were interested in purchasing.
