We pay annually for two services. I have no problem with my irrigation person and my neighbor has all kinds of trouble with hers.

I initially contacted Waterturf when we moved into our house because I found their number on the sprinkler shutoff valve. It turns out they had installed the system in the house 20 years previously, but didn't have any record of returning to work on it. I asked if they could come out because I had a leak in my front yard and I wasn't sure if it was part of the sprinkler system, or another source. We agreed that if they found it was the system, the technicians would try to fix it right then and there. It turned out the leak was from the water main to the house, so I asked them, while they were there, to take a look at the sprinkler system and diagnose what was needed to fix it and get together an estimate. I ended up needing about a day and a half worth of work done and had it done over 2 separate appointments.The guys doing the work did a great job, they showed up on time and were very knowledgeable. I was disappointed that I was billed for the 1st time they came out, since no work was performed that time (only diagnosing the problem). I emailed and called their office and they were responsive, but the woman answering the calls said she would have to ask the owner about removing the bill. They ended up sending me a revised bill for 50% which was still $70 to do an estimate. I paid it and I'm still not sure if I want to do business with them in the future.
