They were absolutely wonderful. They did a great job and were very honest.

My whole heat pump system was over 20 years old so I used Angie’s list, like I always do, to get the best ratings on service contractors. I then contacted Air Doctor LLC - HVAC Specialists, and within a week everything was completed very successfully. The salesperson even helped me complete the HVAC Equipment Rebate Application. I was really really thankful for him taking his valuable time to do that for me. I was very pleased with this company, and gave them excellent ratings on everything, and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We LOVED this company. My wife was sure we needed a second system to heat our home. When Dave arrived to take a look he gave us several options-one of them was adding a new thermostat and some sensors. While they were there, we asked for a quote to add additional vents as we are finishing our basement. Dave could have sold us an additional unit, but he didn’t and he gave a very reasonable quote for the vents. This is rare these days. Dave and the team showed up on time and were great! So much so, Dave actually called my wife when he finished the job just to make sure she was happy. Even though he didn’t sell us another unit, they will be definitely be getting ALL of our annual business due to their honesty, integrity and service. I can not recommend Air Doctor enough!

It literally could not have been better! From Dave, the Air Doctor Sales Rep working tirelessly to get us the best system at the best price, to Scott and the installation crew coming on time and making the installation as painless as possible (and all in one day!), this company was a joy to work with. We needed extensive electrical upgrades due to the houses age, and Dave recommended an excellent electrician who was also extremely professional and punctual. The result was we had heat just in time for a very cold Thanksgiving Day dinner in a very toasty house full of family and friends. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process!

Everything went well. Only thing didn’t like was that we had to ask for invoice twice but they were in the process of changing systems. Would definitely recommend and plan to use again.

Great Workers on time worked nonstop All went well

After having the air ducts cleaned in my house and my furnace refusing to turn on after the technicians left, I called Air Doctor to see if he could come out and see what was up with my furnace. I called on Easter Sunday, not really expecting anyone to answer, but he did. He gave me a few options to try over the phone. Unfortunately, none worked. I was able to schedule him to come out the next morning, first thing. He diagnosed the problem very quickly (blown fuse) and discovered the root cause (an exposed wire). He replaced the fuse and wrapped the wire with electrical tape to provide better protection. Very professional. Would definitely hire again.

Great price, great system, great service. We will absolutely be using them again! We had another system put in a different house by Larry and Sons and the L&S system can't keep up with the heat and was for a smaller house and still cost more than the system we got from Air Doctor! Glad we found an HVAC company we trust!

Smoothly. It was 30 degrees and our Heat went out. I called a couple of companies, but they would not be able to come for 2 days. Air Doctor came out within 3 hours. The owner, Scott, was the one who restored our heat. He not only repaired our unit he also did a thorough cleaning/deicing and replaced filters. He also provided some tips to avoid any future costly repairs. He was professional, courteous and funny. He had a tech with him that was also very professional and courteous. They had our house heat up and running within an hour (luckily it was a minor issue). I cannot stress the importance of having a reliable HVAC company when you are in a situation like we were. I will not bother calling anyone else. Air Doctor is now our HVAC service company. We are even going to have them install a new unit within the next couple of years. Air Doctor could have said we needed a new unit asap, but no they were honest telling us that it would not need replaced for a couple of years. Now that is a company to trust! I will be recommending Air Doctor to all my friends and co-workers.

It was great. They are very professional. Very friendly. And they came out and fixed my problem efficiently. They let you borrow air conditioners and heaters while you wait for your part to come in so your family doesn't get cold. I would recommend to everyone.

i had a concern that furnace was making noise ,Filter was not checked, had a new one left out in case. Fans and burners were not cleaned or even suggested The guy was not informative at all. Left saying everything looked good. Since the visit the furnace has gotten increasingly louder. Have to pay someone again to come out and address the issue

The first thing he did was go ho my goodness let me get you some cold air. He fixed the problem. They were wonderful. They were so helpful. There was like an Angies List coupon.

The problem was diagnosed and resolved. The workers were prompt, courteous, and professionally friendly. I used this same service one year ago and feel confident that they are giving me quality service at an affordable price.

They completed the inspection and said the heating system stopped working because two capacitors needed to be replaced. They replaced the capacitors and charged us an extra $126 to spray some cleaner to clean the evaporator coil which we thought was excessive considering it only took them 10 minutes. The inspection we paid for on Angie's List said it included "cleaning" therefore we asked for this charge to be credited back to us. Air Doctor said it was very expensive cleaning solution which was not included in the Angie's List offer of $72. The next day we started experience the exact same problems and the HVAC system which stopped working again. When Air doctor came back the following day we were told the blower bearings were bad and the blower needed replacing or the whole unit should be replaced. Air doctor should have checked this the first time or recommended we replace the whole system which was 27 years old. We hired another HVAC contractor and had to purchase an entire new system.

The repairmen were courteous and knowledgeable. I gave a "C" for price and responsiveness because the bill wasn't itemized. I requested an itemized bill for the 2 parts plus labor over a month ago and I am still waiting. They should have had an invoice for the parts, how else would they know what to charge? Most likely the bill is accurate and I don't have any complaints regarding the service. I would use them again but I'm disappointed that I haven't received the itemized bill.

The gentleman showed up exactly on time. Took relatively no time performing the repair and spent the remainder of the time performing a full inspection of the unit. In the meantime provided a ton of useful advice and information regarding HVAC care and maintenance, and general air flow and quality information. Would not call anyone else the next time.
